    摘要: Techniques related to electronic meeting intelligence are disclosed. An apparatus receives audio/video data including first meeting content data for an electronic meeting that includes multiple participants. The apparatus extracts the first meeting content data from the audio/video data. The apparatus generates meeting content metadata based on analyzing the first meeting content data. The apparatus includes the meeting content metadata in a report of the electronic meeting. If the apparatus determines that the audio/video data includes a cue for the apparatus to intervene in the electronic meeting, the apparatus generates intervention data including second meeting content data that is different from the first meeting content data. During the electronic meeting, the apparatus sends the intervention data to one or more nodes associated with at least one participant of the multiple participants.

    摘要: An interactive whiteboard appliance includes the capability to integrate and manage, in a user-friendly manner, interactive electronic whiteboard sessions and videoconferencing sessions between the interactive whiteboard appliance and one or more client devices. An application manager executing on the interactive whiteboard appliance manages an interactive whiteboard application and a collaboration client executing on the interactive whiteboard appliance to maintain a videoconferencing session window on top of an interactive whiteboard session window during videoconferencing sessions. The application manager also provides graphical user interface controls displayed on the interactive whiteboard appliance that allow users to initiate and manage interactive electronic whiteboard sessions and videoconferencing sessions, including switching between interactive electronic whiteboard sessions and videoconferencing sessions. The approach may be implemented on interactive whiteboard appliances that are not natively configured to allow users to select and/or switch control between an interactive whiteboard session window and a videoconferencing session window.

The request classifier service accesses classification data from a knowledge repository. The knowledge repository includes one or more defined input requests mapped to one or more classification types. The request classifier service determines confidence values for the one or more defined input requests. The confidence values represent a relative match score between the input request from the client device and each of the one or more defined input requests. The request classifier service sends classification types to a processing service implemented on the server computer. The processing service determines a process response type for the input request based upon the one or more classification types. The processing logic routes the process response type and the input request to a destination mapped to the process response type.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for providing a synchronous communication session comprising a customer service session and a video conferencing session are provided. The customer service session is established by a distribution service in response to a request received from a cabinet application that is geographically remote from a virtual receptionist application. The request includes a computer identifier of the cabinet application that is then used by the virtual receptionist application to request a video conferencing session from a video conferencing service that is separate from the distribution service. During the synchronous communication session, the virtual receptionist can cause a display at the cabinet application to display a screen at the virtual receptionist application.

On the basis of an aperture size D of the measured antenna, an aperture size d of the measuring antenna, and a wavelength λ of a measurement frequency, a distance L between the measured antenna and the measuring antenna is set to a value in the range of (D+d)2/(2λ) to 2(D+d)2/λ. Thus, in the Fresnel region where the distance L is short, antenna characteristics of the measured antenna substantially the same as those in the Fraunhofer region where the distance L is long can be measured.
