    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a radio bearer may detect, at a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer, expiry of a timer associated with a packet for transmission. The radio bearer may be configured to discard the packet upon expiry of the timer. Accordingly, the radio bearer may re-enqueue, at a modem of the radio bearer or at an application layer of the radio bearer and based at least in part on detecting expiry of the timer, the packet as a new packet for transmission before discarding the packet. Additionally, or alternatively, the radio bearer may retransmit the packet based at least in part on instructions from an application, executed on one or more processors of the radio bearer, that received the packet from the PDCP layer before the packet was discarded.     Abstract: The apparatus of wireless communication may include a transmitter connected to a receiver through a split carrier including a first carrier and a second carrier, and the transmitter may be configured to schedule transmission data at PDCP level by splitting the transmission data to first packets and second packets based on a relative scheduling delay between the first carrier and the second carrier, and scheduling the first packets and the second packets on different links based on a scheduling proportion, and transmit the first packets via the first carrier and the second packets via the second carrier. The transmitter may sequentially transmit the transmission data starting at an offset as the second packets to a second RLC level associated with the second carrier, wherein the offset is determined based on the relative scheduling delay.

    Abstract: Aspects of a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a base station. The apparatus configures a user equipment (UE) with a first logical channel prioritization (LCP) configuration and a second LCP configuration for a logical channel.     Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, handling header compression in scenarios with concurrent connections, such as make-before-break (MBB) handover or dual connectivity (DC) scenarios. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) can include concurrently communicating with a first base station (BS) on a connection with the first BS and with a second BS on a connection with the second BS during a handover procedure. The UE maintains a context for a header compression protocol for the connection with the first BS and the connection with the second BS. The concurrently communicating includes using the header compression protocol context for sending one or more packets, receiving one or more packets, or both.
