    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for channel state information (CSI) report structure for dynamic antenna port adaptation. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support a CSI report configuration according to which the UE may include a respective set of CSI parameters for each of multiple codebooks. For example, the UE may compute a respective set of CSI parameters for each of multiple codebooks in accordance with a CSI report configuration and may transmit a CSI report including the respective sets of CSI parameters for each of the multiple codebooks. The network entity may use the respective sets of CSI parameters for each of the multiple codebooks to inform a dynamic antenna panel configuration update at the network entity.

A surface used to reflect radio frequency signals may receive requests from multiple devices to configure a set of reflection coefficients.     Abstract: Techniques related to multi-layer wireless communications are disclosed. Some aspects of the disclosure relate to devices and methods for determining a transmission power boost for a phase-tracking reference signal (PT-RS). The UE may determine a first transmission power boost for a first PT-RS port, and a second transmission power boost, different from the first transmission power boost, for a second PT-RS port. The UE may transmit a first PT-RS corresponding to the first PT-RS port utilizing the first transmission power boost, and the second PT-RS corresponding to the second PT-RS port, frequency division multiplexed with the first PT-RS, utilizing the second transmission power boost.     Abstract: The described techniques relate to improved methods, systems, devices, or apparatuses that support channel state information feedback for semi-open-loop and open-loop schemes. The described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to determine an open-loop, semi-open-loop, or closed-loop transmission scheme for deriving channel quality information (CQI). In the case of determined open-loop transmission scheme, the UE may select a transmission scheme corresponding to a time offset value and a precoder cycling granularity value. The UE may determine one or more of a time offset value, a precoder cycling granularity value, and a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) for a channel state information (CSI) report, and generate CQI accordingly. Additionally, the UE may include the determined values in the CSI report to indicate the transmission scheme used for the CQI derivation. Based on the CQI, the base station can then determine the transmission scheme and perform link adaption accordingly.
