    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information. In the method provided by the present disclosure, an evolved Node B (eNB) transmits Downlink Assignment (DL-GRANT) within a time-frequency bundling window, which corresponds to an uplink subframe feeding back HARQ-ACK. A UE receives DL-GRANT scheduling downlink HARQ transmission in the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back HARQ-ACK in turn, obtains a DL DAI in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI; then, maps HARQ-ACK bits of the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back the HARQ-ACK to corresponding bits of a feedback bit sequence according to the mapping value of the DL DAI; and transmits the HARQ-ACK on an available uplink carrier. The present disclosure also provides a method for feeding back HARQ-ACK information. The UE transmits HARQ-ACK on an indicated carrier according to indication information of a base station. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, efficiency for feeding back the HARQ-ACK can be increased and downlink peak rate of the UE can be ensured.

    Abstract: A first device senses scheduling assignment (SA) and received power of a second device, and a total received energy of each subband. The first device determines a reference value of received power of the second device and a reference value of total received energy, based on a sensing result of the second device. The first device selects a resource, based on the reference value of received power and reference value of total received energy, the first device transmits data. By adopting the method of the present disclosure, decoding performance of SA is improved, and accuracy for measuring received power of the SA is also enhanced. Subsequently, on the basis of SA and received power, performances for selecting/re-selecting channel resources are improved.

    Abstract: The present application provides a power control method in a V2X communication, comprising the following steps of: acquiring, by a UE, power control parameters of a Physical V2X Shared Channel (PVSCH) or a Physical V2X Control Channel (PVCCH) in a V2X communication, the power control parameters comprising a second basic open-loop power, the second basic open-loop power reflecting an interrelationship between different V2X UEs; and, determining, by the UE, a transmission power of the PVSCH or the PVCCH according to the acquired power control parameters. With the present application, the performance of the V2X communication can be improved, and the power consumption of a V2X terminal can be reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present disclosure provides a power allocating method. A User Equipment (UE) receives power control indication information from a control node, obtains a power control mode, and/or, uplink transmission power configuration information. The UE allocates power for each uplink carrier, based on the power control mode, and/or, the uplink transmission power configuration information. By applying the present disclosure, power waste generated in the following scene may be reduced. A scheduled uplink signal cannot be transmitted in a corresponding carrier due to a busy channel. Subsequently, uplink scheduling efficiency of the UE may be improved, and the whole network efficiency may also be enhanced.

    Abstract: An uplink control information (UCI) transmitting method is provided. In this method, a user equipment (UE) receives a configuration signaling, determines a candidate physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) set corresponding to an acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) resource indication (ARI), receives a downlink grant signaling and downlink data corresponding to the downlink grant signaling, generates hybrid automatic repeat request ACK (HARQ-ACK) bits, performs processing for UCI bits including HARQ-ACK, determines the PUCCH used to transmit the UCI bits in the candidate PUCCH set according to an ARI in the downlink grant signaling, and transmits the UCI bits on the determined PUCCH. The present disclosure further provides an aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) transmitting method. In this method, a UE receives an uplink grant signaling, determines whether an A-CSI report is triggered according to a CSI request field in the uplink grant signaling, determines a CSI process to be updated after determining that the A-CSI report is triggered, and transmits A-CSI on an uplink component carrier (CC) carrying the A-CSI report.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for feeding back aperiodic CSI in a flexible TDD reconfiguration cell. The method includes a UE receiving information about signaling transmitted from an eNB to acquire locations of subframes corresponding to CH and CL, wherein CH and CL correspond to different subframe sets, respectively. The method also includes the UE detects UL DCI information carrying an aperiodic CSI request, on a CSI request subframe. The method also includes the UE feeds back aperiodic CSI specific to a corresponding CSI subframe set to the eNB, on a corresponding UL subframe. The embodiments of the present disclosure, according to another aspect, provide a terminal.
