    Abstract: An optical-fiber connector includes a handle, a sleeve member, and connecting housings each including a base body and an elastic arm. Each elastic arm includes engaging blocks protruding from the elastic arm and a slidable groove on the corresponding base body. The slidable grooves face each other. The handle includes a handle body between the elastic arms and a handle member extending from the handle body. Two slidable blocks are at two sides of the handle body and respectively inserted into the slidable grooves, and two protruding blocks are at two sides of the handle member. The sleeve member is fitted over the handle member. First and second engaging grooves are on a wall surface of the sleeve member, and the first and second engaging grooves are on different positions of the wall surface of the sleeve member. Accordingly, the length of the handle is adjustable.

    Abstract: An electrical plug connector includes a plurality of terminals and an insulator, a pair of grounding latches, a shielding spring and a shielding shell. Each of the terminals has a contacting segment and an elastic segment. Each of the contacting segments has a stopping face. The insulator partially covers the terminals and has a plurality of stopping edges. When the electrical plug connector is inserted into an electrical receptacle connector, shape deformation of each of the elastic segments shifts the corresponding contacting segment until the corresponding stopping edge is against the corresponding stopping face, and each contacting segment does not protrude from the insulator. When the electrical plug connector is not inserted into the electrical receptacle connector, shape recovery of each of the elastic segments restores the corresponding contacting segment and the corresponding stopping edge is away from the stopping face.

    Abstract: An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing received in a metallic shell, first and second terminal modules respectively above and below the insulated housing, and abutting plates (EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) plates). Each abutting plate (EMI plate) is between the metallic shell and the insulated housing. Each abutting plate (EMI plate) includes a main body and elastic arms outwardly extending from the main body. Each elastic arm includes a terminal contact portion and a shell contact portion. The terminal contact portion is extending toward a corresponding recessed hole of the insulated housing and contacts one or more first ground terminal of the first terminal module or one or more second ground terminal of the second terminal module. The shell contact portion contacts an inner surface of the metallic shell. Therefore, the high frequency features of the connector can be optimized effectively and resonant problems of the connector can be improved.

A transition segment connected between first and second contact portions of each plug terminal allows the first contact portion to be in contact with and arranged substantially parallel to the second contact portion, so that connectors with reduced width can be manufactured. In addition, the shaping space between a first recessed portion and a second recessed portion of each plug terminal receive materials for forming the plug insulated housing, thus improving the structural strength of the connector. Moreover, embedded ends allow the plug terminals to be secured with the plug bottom wall, so that the plug terminals would not detach from the plug insulated housing easily during manufacturing or operation. The structural strength of the electrical plug connector can be improved, and the plug terminals can be properly assembled with the plug insulated housing.

    Abstract: An electrical connector is provided, which includes: a housing having a port and an opening; an insulating body having a tongue plate formed in the housing; a plurality of conductive terminals provided on the insulating body; and a seal body formed between the tongue plate and the port.     Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing received in the metallic shell, receptacle terminals, and a grounding plate. The receptacle terminals and the grounding plate are at the insulated housing. The insulated housing includes a base portion and a tongue portion extending from the base portion. The grounding plate includes a plate body, extension arms, and contact regions. The front of the plate body is near to a front lateral surface of the tongue portion, and the rear of the plate body is extending to the base portion. The plate body is between the receptacle terminals. The extension arms are extending from the plate body. The contact regions are formed on the extension arms and in contact with an inner wall of the shell body. Accordingly, the grounding plate is in contact with the metallic shell for providing grounding and reducing the electromagnetic interference.
