    摘要: A bit-level operation may be implemented prior to modulation and resource element (RE) mapping in order to generate a NoMA transmission using standard (QAM, QPSK, BPSK, etc.) modulators. In this way, the bit-level operation is exploited to achieve the benefits of NoMA (e.g., improved spectral efficiency, reduced overhead, etc.) at significantly less signal processing and hardware implementation complexity. The bit-level operation is specifically designed to produce an output bit-stream that is longer than the input bit-stream, and that includes output bit-values that are computed as a function of the input bit-values such that when the output bit-stream is subjected to modulation (e.g., m-ary QAM, QPSK, BPSK), the resulting symbols emulate a spreading operation that would otherwise have been generated from the input bit-stream, either by a NoMA-specific modulator or by a symbol-domain spreading operation.

The base station receives UL data or control information using a second transmission resource in a second symbol of the uplink control channel from a second UE as well.     摘要: Systems and methods for sidelink configuration are provided. A transmitting user equipment (UE) transmits configuration parameters relating to a sidelink transmission between the UE and a second UE via higher-layer signalling and then transmits the sidelink transmission to the second UE. The higher layer signalling is a layer above the sidelink transmission. The parameters may include feedback channel parameters or parameters for sidelink reference signal transmission by the second UE. The parameters may be selected by the transmitting UE, or they may be received initially from the network. The parameters may be part of a sidelink configured grant configuration (SL CG) signalled to the second UE. The sidelink transmission may be a configured-grant transmission to the second UE according to the SL CG configuration. The higher layer signalling may be PC5 signalling or RRC signaling.

    摘要: An aspect of the disclosure provides a method for grant free communication by an electronic device (ED). Such a method includes receiving a plurality of grant free configuration profiles from a base station; and transmitting to a receiving device, an indication message associated with usage of the plurality of grant free configuration profiles. In some embodiments, the indication message indicates a selected grant free configuration profile. In some embodiments, the indication message indicates at least one of: configuration profile switching; a request for a new configuration profile; transmission parameter changes for a given configuration profile; and a release of a configuration profile. In some embodiments, the selected configuration profile specifies a plurality of data resource blocks, and the indication message indicates which data resource blocks contains data to be decoded by the receiving device. In some embodiments, the indication message is sent via a semi-static control channel.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for a wireless device to receive data in an eco state is provided. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, upon determining that data is to be transmitted to the wireless device in the eco state, a network node operates to transmit a unicast notification message to the wireless device in order to inform the wireless device of the impending data transmission. According to another embodiment of the disclosure, in response to receiving the unicast notification message, the wireless device operates to receive the data in accordance with the unicast notification message. To this end, the wireless device might for example try to receive data for a time period following the unicast notification message. Meanwhile, the wireless device may remain in the eco state.

The method for transmitting data in a wireless network includes mapping data according to a predefined sequence pattern from a group of sequence patterns to provide a spreading sequence that includes multiple non-zero elements and that is enabled to partially collide in the wireless network with other spreading sequences that have been mapped according to other sequence patterns from the group; and transmitting the spreading sequence. Multiple sequences may be received by a network node and decoded using successive interference cancellation (SIC) techniques.
