The nucleotide sequence is provided for a novel death regulatory gene. In particular the present invention relates to a DNA segment encoding a giig15b gene; polypeptides encoded by that DNA segment; recombinant DNA molecules containing the DNA segment; cells containing the recombinant DNA molecule; a method of producing a giig15b peptide; and antibodies specific to giig15b protein.
Abstract:
A water-permeable and fire-resistant film and the preparing method thereof is disclosed. The water-permeable and fire-resistant film comprises polyurethane resin; a first fire-resistant agent; a second fire-resistant agent, an inorganic fire-resistant agent and an additive agent. The first fire-resistant agent used is selected from the group consisting of paraffine chlorinated, decabromodiphenyI oxide, hexachloro benzene, hexabromo benzene, pentabromo ethyl benzene, pentabromo diphenyl oxide and octabromo diphenyl ether. The second fire-resistant agent used is selected from the group consisting of Sb2O3 and Sb2OS. The surface of the film produced is smooth.

The fuel economizer is series-connected between a fuel tank and a fuel vaporization device of an internal combustion engine, and includes a first piping element and an oil cup. A first end of the first piping element is connected to the fuel vaporization device, and a second end of the first piping element is connected to the fuel tank through the oil cup for filtering the fuel tank's fuel. A spirally threaded shaft is tightly housed inside the first piping element and the spirally threaded shaft's outer circumference is configured with spiral threads to speed, rotate, and disturb the fuel as the fuel flows through to disrupt the surface tension and density of the fuel.

A leather belt has a buckle body and a belt body. The buckle body has a bottom base and a positioning segment. The bottom base has a through slot and a limiting groove. The through slot and the limiting groove are transversally formed through the bottom base and communicate with each other. The positioning segment is formed on and protrudes from the bottom base, and has a positioning rod. The belt body is connected to the buckle body and has a connecting end, a passing end, a first positioning hole, and multiple second positioning holes. The connecting end is connected to the positioning rod and is mounted in the limiting groove. The passing end is mounted in the through slot. The first positioning hole is formed through the belt body and is disposed around the positioning rod. The second positioning holes are formed through the belt body at intervals.

A luminaire includes at least a cover and a mounting plate. The mounting plate includes one or more vertical protrusions and one or more horizontal protrusions that are substantially perpendicular to each other. Further, the mounting plate includes a tab that is substantially perpendicular to the one or more horizontal protrusions. The cover includes a pair of top apertures and a tab aperture. During installation of the luminaire, the cover is hung from the mounting plate by inserting each horizontal protrusion of the mounting plate through the respective top aperture of the cover. Alternatively, the cover is hung from the mounting plate by inserting the tab of the mounting plate through the tab aperture of the cover. After installation, the cover may be secured to the mounting plate by inserting the pair of vertical protrusions of the mounting plate through the pair of top apertures of the cover.

The invention also provides a method of forming the linking block, which includes a first step of providing a sheet material, a second step of stamping the sheet material into a shape having a top panel, an inner perimeter wall downwardly extended from the middle of the top panel, a bottom panel connected to the bottom edge of the inner perimeter wall and an outer perimeter wall downwardly extended from the outer edge of the top panel, and a third step of creating one or multiple holes in the bottom panel.

A method and apparatus for encoding of video data incorporating loop filtering are disclosed. The method and apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention determines an initial loop filter level for a frame of the video data according to quality setting of the frame. The information associated with the initial loop filter level is incorporated in the bitstream corresponding to compressed video data. The loop filtering is applied to a macroblock without the need to wait for the whole frame reconstruction to complete. In another embodiment according to the present invention, the initial loop filter level may be refined according to stability associated with the frame. In yet another embodiment according to the present invention, the method may include determining whether segment mode is on or off and determining a frame-level or segment-level initial loop filter level accordingly.

A fastening angle bar molding method includes: providing a molding material piece having a through hole; providing a first mold having a protruding portion; providing a second mold having a dented portion which matches the protruding portion of the first mold to form a compressing space; placing the molding material piece between the first mold and the second mold, allowing the first mold and the second mold to engage with each other, pressing the protruding portion and the dented portion against each other to form the fastening angle bar, wherein the fastening angle bar has a first fastening portion, a second fastening portion defining an included angle with respect to the first fastening portion, and at least one angle reinforcing portion connected between the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion. A fastening angle bar is further provided.

A slip-resistant shoelace is provided. The shoelace includes an external tube and a core. The external tube is woven with textiles and formed with a cavity and has a substantially constant outer diameter. The core is disposed in the cavity and woven with textile threads including at least one first textile thread and second textile threads. The at least one first textile thread includes combining sections and interval sections arranged axially at intervals, and the second textile threads are woven and entangled with each combining sections to form an enlarged portion, wherein the outer diameter of each enlarged portion is larger than that of each interval section, and the outer diameter of each enlarged portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the external tube. Therefore, because of the enlarged portions, it can prevent knot slipping and maintain smooth appearance.
