    Abstract: A fluid flow meter system for monitoring fluid flow through a lumen includes a first ultrasonic transducer configured to transmit one or more versions of a transmit (TX) signal through a fluid flowing within the lumen, and a second ultrasonic transducer configured to receive one or more respective receive (RX) signals. The fluid flow meter system includes an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) configured to sample, at a first frequency, the one or more RX ultrasonic signals and a processor configured to generate a fine resolution signal based on the one or more RX ultrasonic signals. The fine resolution signal is associated with a second sampling rate higher than the first sampling rate. The processor is also configured to compute a cross-correlation signal indicative of cross-correlation between the fine resolution signal and a waveform and determine an estimated fluid flow parameter based on the computed cross-correlation signal.

    Abstract: Fire rated cleanout covers that restore and maintain a fire-rating of a constructed wall assembly. The fire rated cleanout covers are attached directly to cleanout tees to eliminate the need to secure a separate base component to a wall. Intumescent material is pre-incorporated with the fire rated cleanout covers prior to installation of the fire rated cleanout covers. As such, the intumescent material is carried with the fire rated cleanout cover when the fire rated cleanout cover is in use. The fire rated cleanout covers allow an installer to reuse the fire rated cleanout covers after maintenance or cleaning without reapplying the intumescent material to restore the fire rating of the wall.

    Abstract: A concrete floor has a pipe passing through a hole in the floor. A drop-in fire stop assembly has a clam-shell configuration having first and second portions of a fire ring, split cage, split retainer ring, split intumescent ring, split inner smoke ring and split outer smoke ring each fastened together to rotate about a hinge on the split cage to open and close. The first and second portions have free ends that spread apart to fit around the tube in an open position, and close around the tube in a closed position. A latch on the free ends of the cage hold the two portions together in the closed position.

    Abstract: A tube coupling comprising having a coupling body with an opened ended throughway to receive a tube. A collet is located in the open end of the through way having a ring and flexible arms extending generally axially of the ring into the throughway. The throughway has a tapered surface convergent towards the open end and the collet arms have heads at their distal ends for engaging the tapered surface and a tube extending through the collet into the throughway to be compressed against the tube by the tapered surface with outward movement of the collet with respect of the throughway to secure the tube in the throughway. A collet lock is formed on the collet, and the collet has a locked rotary position Either the body or the collet has a cam surface and the other has a cam follower.
