摘要: In a method for producing a coiled tubing (RW) from a thermoplastic material, in a first shaping step a tubular extrudate (EX) is extruded via an annular nozzle gap (16) in an extruder (12) before, in a second shaping step directly following the first shaping step, the extrudate which is drawn down from the nozzle gap and is still plastically deformable is calibrated in a shaping device (18) in order to obtain a geometrically defined profile cross section (PQ) and is shaped into the coiled tubing, whereupon the coiled tubing having the geometrically determined profile cross section solidifies. This method allows for continuous production of the coiled tubing with a new, high quality in respect of dimensional and shape tolerances on the profile cross section of the coiled tubing. The invention also relates to a device (10) for producing such a coiled tubing.

摘要: The invention discloses a starch-based multi-channel airflow unit and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the following steps: melting a polylactic acid, wherein a temperature of a first temperature control zone is 135° C. to 145° C., a temperature of a second temperature control zone is 175° C. to 185° C., a temperature of a third temperature control zone is 190° C. to 200° C., and a temperature of a fourth temperature control zone is 175° C. to 185° C.; gelatinizing a starch-based material, adding the starch-based material in the third temperature control zone and fully mixing the mixture; adding a polyol in the third temperature control zone, and fully mixing the mixture; and extruding out the mixed material through twin screws, sizing in vacuum, cooling and sizing, and winding and cutting to obtain the starch-based multi-channel airflow unit.

摘要: Plastic profile extrusion system includes an extrusion die that pre-forms a hot, unfrozen plastic profile shape. Cooled calibration device receives the hot plastic in a longitudinal cavity through the calibration device to conductively cool the plastic as it holds the plastic profile to size and dimensions. For plastic parts with channels, inside corners, or other difficult to cool sections, the calibration device would require a metal ridge to hold the shape of that channel or corner as the heat is conducted from the hot plastic through the metal ridge into the body of the calibration device. This invention replaces metal ridges that hold the shape of the plastic profile during cooling in at least part of the calibration device with fluid cooling passages that communicates with the moving portion of the plastic profile and cooling medium to fill the flow passages to extract heat from the plastic material.

摘要: In one example embodiment, disclosed is a biaxially oriented multilayer film, which may include a first tie layer and a second tie layer, wherein each has an inside surface and an outside surface. The film's core layer may consist of: (i) at least 50 wt. % high-crystalline polypropylene; (ii) both cyclic olefin copolymer and polypropylene homopolymer, or, polypropylene heterophasic copolymer; (iii) and, optionally, additives, wherein the core layer is between the inside surface of the first tie layer and the inside surface of the second tie layer. The film may also include a first skin layer on the outside surface of the first tie layer and a second skin layer on the outside surface of the second tie layer, wherein shrinkage is less than 3.5% in a transverse direction for the biaxially oriented multilayer film after subjecting the biaxially oriented multilayer film to 135° C. for 7 min at 1 atm.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of optical film production, and provides a light guide film production device, including a feeding unit, a fusion stirring unit, an extrusion molding unit, a cooling shaping unit, a guide leveling unit, a flattening unit, and a finished product winding unit. The cooling shaping unit is provided with a first water tank to perform heat exchange on an extruded light guide film for heat recovery, so that edge film pressing mechanisms press pressure blocks at the edge film positions using the memory effect of a memory alloy. Circulating water of the first water tank subjected to heat exchange is delivered to a second water tank disposed in the flattening unit, so that a first conveyor belt made of the memory alloy in a third drive device drives a second rolling roller set to rotate to realize secondary utilization of recovered heat. In the present invention, an air delivery mechanism with one airflow pipe to the cooling shaping unit, and the other airflow pipe to the flattening unit is further provided. According to the present invention, the heat of the light guide film production process is used to improve the quality of the light guide film and reduce the energy consumption of the light guide film production process.

Air can be forced between the fins and some exhaustion of the air can occur at the base of the fins adjacent the mold block cavity. With this arrangement, enhanced cooling of mold blocks is possible.
