    Abstract: A method for parasitic extraction based on a target detection network. The method includes the following steps: establishing a parasitic capacitance pattern library; creating a dataset that conforms to layout interconnection features; training the target detection network by using a self-established dataset and optimizing the network by modifying loss functions; predicting layout images by a trained network, conducting a subsequent processing on predicted results of the network and obtaining values for parasitic parameters. This provides a simple and optional solution for establishing a parasitic parameters pattern library and conducting a pattern matching in the digital integrated circuit.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a multi-port magnetic network energy router and a control method. A magnetic network energy router includes a dual magnetic plate crimped N-winding transformer containing distributed magnetic core columns, and N full-bridge converters. The control method includes: S1. calculating equivalent connection inductance between different converters; S2. calculating steady-state control phase shift angles on the basis of reference powers of all converters; S3. calculating a power decoupling control matrix; S4. calculating control phase shift angle micro-increments of second to Nth converters by the power closed-loop control; and S5. controlling the converters to output square-wave voltages of 50% duty with different phase shift angles, and realizing given-power control. According to the present disclosure, multiple full-bridge converters can be effectively integrated and power density of the system can be improved, and equivalent large leakage inductance can be magnetically integrated at each converter port to realize given high-power energy routing at each port.

    Abstract: A deep neural network hardware accelerator comprises: an AXI-4 bus interface, an input cache area, an output cache area, a weighting cache area, a weighting index cache area, an encoding module, a configurable state controller module, and a PE array. The input cache area and the output cache area are designed as a line cache structure; an encoder encodes weightings according to an ordered quantization set, the quantization set storing the possible value of the absolute value of all of the weightings after quantization. During the calculation of the accelerator, the PE unit reads data from the input cache area and the weighting index cache area to perform shift calculation, and sends the calculation result to the output cache area. The accelerator uses shift operations to replace floating point multiplication operations, reducing the requirements for computing resources, storage resources, and communication bandwidth, and increasing the calculation efficiency of the accelerator.

    Abstract: An adaptive robust estimation method and system for parameters of an unmanned surface vessel belongs to the field of automatic control. First, an augmented state estimation problem considering an external disturbance for the unmanned surface vessel is constructed; augmented state vectors include a state vector of the unmanned surface vessel, a parameter vector, and an unknown input vector; and then, depending on a real-time input vector and a measurement vector of a system, a designed adaptive robust unscented Kalman filtering method is employed to obtain model parameters of the unmanned surface vessel.

    Abstract: A calculation method for service life of concrete in a plateau environment considering protection and restoration effects is provided and includes a construction of a model based on a coupling effect of multi-factors of temperature-humidity-salt concentration-load under the plateau environment, simulation of protection and restoration effects, and quantification of service life. The model includes the physical fields of temperature conduction with variable boundary conditions, water dry-wet cycle transport, salt ion transport, and force fields caused by internal and external loads. The simulation of protection and restoration effects include: surface protective coating, damage restoration, and rebar corrosion resistance. The calculation method can simulate the internal temperature, humidity, stress response, and service life of concrete under different plateau environments using the surface protective coating, damage restoration material, and rebar corrosion resistance material, or a combination of protective and damage restoration materials simultaneously.
