摘要: Disclosed is a method for searching a MTPA curve of a vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor based on a DC power, which includes a current closed-loop adjuster, a current command generator, a current command angle generator, an active power calculator, an active power storage and comparison processor and a current given vector corrector. According to the present disclosure, the tedious manual calibration is relieved, the optimal angle is automatically searched, and the production efficiency is improved; according to the present disclosure, the step size can be arbitrarily set according to the calibration requirements, so as to achieve a higher calibration accuracy.

摘要: An electric motor assembly comprising a housing containing a secondary power source, a motor driver, an electric motor, power sensors to sense faults in a primary power supply and the secondary power source, primary and secondary winding sensors configured to sense faults in a primary winding and a secondary winding of the electric motor, the motor driver comprising a primary controller to control the primary winding in a normal operation mode and a secondary motor controller operatively configured to control at least one of the primary winding and/or the secondary winding in a secondary operation mode, the secondary motor controller configured to drive the motor to a safe position using the secondary winding in the event of a sensed fault in the primary winding and to drive the motor to the safe position using the secondary power source in the event of a sensed fault in the primary power source.

摘要: A method and apparatus for detecting an initial position of a rotor of a motor includes: switching on or off respective switches in respective connecting branches connected to respective phase windings of the motor so as to obtain different switch state combinations capable of supporting different phase states of the motor, wherein the different switch state combinations support inputting voltages for different phases to the motor; for each switch state combination, injecting a voltage and recording a start time; monitoring respective phase currents of the motor, including: stopping the injecting of the voltage in response to determining that at least one of the respective phase currents is greater than a current threshold during the injecting of the voltage; and recording an end time in response to determining that the respective phase currents are all attenuated to zero after stopping the injecting of the voltage; and calculating a time difference between the end time and the start time; and determining the initial position of the rotor based on respective time differences in different switch state combinations.

摘要: An AC motor control device controls an inverter that supplies an alternating current to an AC motor which is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor. The AC motor control device includes: pulse width modulation signal generation means that supplies a pulse width modulation signal to the inverter so that a position detection voltage vector for detection of the position of the rotor of the AC motor is applied to the AC motor; current derivative detection means that detects a current derivative occurring due to application of the position detection voltage vector to the AC motor; rotor position computation means that computes an estimated position of the rotor of the AC motor; rotor position correction means that corrects the estimated position; and drive control means that controls the pulse width modulation signal generation means so as to drive the AC motor.

摘要: A motor drive apparatus includes a motor, a power converter, and a controller that controls the voltage supplied to the motor by the power converter. The power converter converts a voltage of a 400 V-class AC power supply to a voltage with an effective value lower than an effective value of the 400 V-class AC power supply. The power converter converts the voltage by a switching operation of a plurality of switching elements. The motor is configured so that a value of φ×Vx/Ld is greater than Pmax when an effective value voltage Vx=200 V. A d-axis inductance of the motor is Ld. A flux linkage of the motor is φ. A maximum output of the motor in a device where the motor is mounted is Pmax. The controller has a control mode in which an effective value voltage higher than Vx is applied to the motor.

摘要: An apparatus and a method to detect an offset of a motor position sensor. The apparatus includes a command voltage vector generation unit configured to, in a state in which a motor has been coupled to an electric booster braking system, generate a command voltage vector having a predefined command phase and command voltage and apply the command voltage vector to the motor such that a piston moves in a direction determined based on the current position of the piston, and an offset detection unit configured to detect the offset of the motor position sensor based on a phase difference between a command phase of the command voltage vector and an actually measured phase obtained by actually measuring, by the motor position sensor, a phase formed by rotors of the motor that are aligned as the command voltage vector is applied from the command voltage vector generation unit to the motor.

摘要: A system to reconfigure a motor from induction mode to synchronous mode at a zero crossing of the field voltage during startup using only stator current signals is described herein. The zero crossing may be detected by asymmetry induced in the stator currents by a current asymmetry inducing module of the motor. The current asymmetry inducing module may include a resistor and diode in series and in parallel with a discharge resistor of the field windings. Asymmetry is induced in the current obtained from the stator, and used to determine a zero crossing of the field voltage. Upon the rotor reaching a startup frequency and the detected zero-crossing of the field voltage, the motor may be reconfigured from induction mode to synchronous mode.
