    Abstract: An assembly includes: a mounting structure including a mounting hole; a cable hanger having two arms with locking projections, the locking projections inserted into the mounting hole of the mounting structure, and the arms defining a space for engaging a cable; and a support for maintaining the mounting of the cable hanger in the mounting structure, the support including a main panel and first and second fingers extending in a direction away from the main panel. The second finger is inserted between the arms of the cable hanger, and the first finger is positioned laterally of one of the arms.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes devices and assemblies for holding cables. A device adapted for holding one or more discrete cables may include a flexible main body formed of a polymeric material having a length, a width, a thickness, and a longitudinal axis, the main body including a wrapping portion and a mounting portion, wherein the wrapping portion is configured to be wrapped such that the main body circumscribes the one or more discrete cables; a securing feature attached to or integral with the mounting portion of the main body and configured to be secured to a mounting structure; and a plurality of apertures along the longitudinal axis of the wrapping portion of the main body, wherein the securing feature is configured to be received through one of the plurality of apertures when the main body is wrapped around the one or more discrete cables. Methods of holding cables are also provided.

    Abstract: An adapter for mounting cable hangers to a mounting structure includes: a plurality of mounting panels, each mounting panel including a mounting hole, the mounting panels attached to each other at edges thereof, each mounting panel being disposed at an angle relative to its adjacent mounting panels; two base segments, each of the base segments attached to the edge of an endmost one of the mounting panels and extending therefrom toward the other of the base segments; wherein the mounting panels and the base segments define an interior of the adapter; two locking arms, each of the locking anus extending, from an end of a respective base segment away from the interior of the adaptor, each of the locking arms including a locking feature, the locking arms extending generally parallel to each other and defining a gap therebetween; wherein the adapter can be deflected from a relaxed state to a deflected state by forcing the locking arms toward each other; and wherein in the deflected state the adapter may be mounted to a mounting structure, with the locking arms inserted through a hole in the mounting structure and exerting outward pressure on edges of the hole, and the locking features maintaining the adapter in a mounted position on the mounting structure.

    Abstract: A seal for a cable and connector interconnection includes a unitary elastic body with a bore therethrough. The bore is provided with a cable outer diameter seal portion at a cable end, the cable outer diameter seal portion adjacent a connector cavity portion, the connector cavity portion adjacent a coupling nut cavity portion, and the coupling nut cavity portion adjacent a connector neck seal portion with a bulkhead seal at a connector end. The coupling nut cavity portion is longitudinally aligned with a coupling nut of the connector and is provided with a greater inner diameter than the cable outer diameter seal portion and the connector neck seal portion. The bulk head seal is provided with an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of the connector neck seal portion.

    Abstract: A cable hanger includes: a base panel having opposed ends; a pair of arms, each of the arms attached to a respective end of the base panel and having a free end; a pair of locking projections, each of the locking projections attached to a respective free end of the arms; and a pair of gripping members, each gripping member attached to a respective arm, each gripping member having opposed ends, wherein one of the ends of each gripping member is fixed to the arms and the other of the ends of each gripping member is fixed to the arm or to the base panel. The arms and locking projections are configured to spread apart to enable insertion of a cable between the arms, wherein the gripping projections engage and grip the cable, and wherein the locking projections are configured to be inserted into the aperture of the supporting structure.
