摘要: This invention addresses to execute an emergency access interception in a widely distributed environment. An access controller 100 manages an access control list (ACL) 110 recording access right to each object, and a black list (BL) 120 recording user information corresponding to the emergency access interception. The access controller 100 receives a request for authentication to access right and judges whether or not the access right is proper, first according to the BL 120 then ACL110. In case where the user information corresponding to the request is recorded in the BL 120, the access controller 100 sends out the user information to other access controllers and instructs them to register it in the black list. This invention effectively actualizes the emergency access interception under the widely distributed environment in case where the interception is required for any user.

摘要: In order to access a distributed file system (DFS) of the present invention using a conventional protocol such as the one for an NFS or a CIFS without making a modification on a client side, a gateway unit for receiving a conventional protocol and performing processing in conformity the protocol is provided for a DFS server. The gateway unit emulates a directory structure in a file system such as the NFS or CIFS. When the DFS is a write-once read-many file system, update processing is converted into processing for creating a new generation file, and reference processing is converted into access to a latest generation file in a generation-managed file group. The gateway unit then accesses a DFS file via a DFS processing unit.

摘要: In a distributed file system, when a user requests a computer to create a distributed file, a management computer acquires a list of computers complying with an allocation rule selected by the user from allocation rules taking the performance, security level, reliability level and utility rate into consideration. When the user requests the computer to access the distributed file, on the other hand, the partial files and the server information are collected from each computer. Each computer evaluates the allocation of the partial files based on the selected allocation rule and the server information from each computer, and if required, selects a destination computer and instructs the partial files to be moved to the destination computer.

摘要: A periodic process scheduling method which includes receiving requests for periodical execution of processes each with a period of execution and execution time, securing allocation time for the shortest process to be executed in respective periods of execution, securing another allocation time for part of a process if full execution time of the process cannot be secured within the respective periods of execution, and starting execution of the process in secured allocation time. A data transfer management method for reducing collision in data transfer which includes storing data length of packets being transferred in a predetermined transmission time interval, storing the predetermined transmission time interval, accumulating a quantity of packets to be transferred in the predetermined transmission time interval, and limiting quantity of packets to be transferred to not be greater than data length.

摘要: A floating connector comprises an insulating housing having a plurality of first and second contacts arranged in at least one row in the housing. Each of the first and second contacts has a contact member for contacting a mating contact, a leg for connecting to a first printed circuit board, and an elastic member disposed between the contact member and the leg. The elastic member has a curved shape and extends in a direction of the at least one row. A bent section is formed between the contact member and the leg. The bent section of the first contacts is shorter then the bent section of the second contacts so that the legs of the corresponding first and second contacts are arranged in a staggered configuration in the at least one row.
