Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for performing, by a first mobility management entity (MME), a change of an MME in a wireless communication system. The present invention may provide a method and an apparatus which receive a tracking area update (TAU) request message including MME information related to a second MME to be changed, from a terminal through a base station; transmits, to the second MME, a context request message requesting context information of the terminal; receives, from the second MME, a context response message including the context information; and transmits, to at least one MME, a message informing that an MME managing mobility of the terminal has changed from the second MME to the first MME.

Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for generating a virtual bearer in a wireless communication system. A mobility management entity (MME) acquires context information for a packet data network (PDN) connection generated through a Wi-Fi network, and generates a virtual bearer in a cellular network on the basis of the acquired context information. The virtual bearer may be generated by various methods according to whether a PDN connection mapped to the PDN connection generated through the Wi-Fi network exists in the cellular network and whether a default bearer exists in the cellular network.

Abstract: A method of allocating resources according to the present invention comprises the steps of: allocating a signal having a first beam width from a first base station controlling a first cell to a predetermined resource; and allocating a signal, having a second beam width different from the first beam width, from a second base station controlling a second cell adjacent to the first cell to the resource. The signal having the first beam width may be a signal having a first priority, and the signal having the second beam width may be a signal having a second priority that is different from the first priority. Accordingly, a method for allocating resources is proposed which can stably receive signals even when a terminal that moves in a dense small cell structure is at a cell edge or a border region between cells.

Abstract: A method for managing link failure, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving a link failure report (LFR) for notifying that a link between user equipment and an base station of a second RAT has been disassociated; requesting an entity of a first RAT, which manages interworking between the first RAT and the second RAT, to switch a flow of downlink data for the user equipment, which is to be transmitted to the base station of the second RAT, to a base station of the first RAT; establishing a direct tunnel between the base station of the first RAT and the base station of the second RAT by using an identifier of the base station of the second RAT, which is included in the LFR of the user equipment; and relaying the downlink data for the user equipment, which has been buffered in the base station of the second RAT up to before the switch of the flow after the disassociation of the link, from the base station of the second RAT to the user equipment.
