    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a method for wireless communication. The method generally includes receiving at least one first packet of a sequence of packets from a source cell, the at least one first packet being dependent on at least one second packet of the sequence of packets for decoding, performing a handover from the source cell to a target cell, determining that the at least one second packet of the sequence of packets was not received from the source cell, generating a message requesting a retransmission from the target cell for the at least one first packet and the at least one second packet based on the determination, and transmitting the message to the target cell.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for multi-universal subscriber identification module (USIM) and dual connectivity operation. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes establishing a first access link, associated with a first SIM of the UE, for communicating with a first base station; establishing a second access link, associated with the first SIM of the UE, for communicating with a second base station; establishing a third access link associated with a second SIM of the UE; determining a need for reduced capability on the second access link to communicate on the third access link; transmitting an indication of the need for the reduced capability to the second base station; and communicating on the third access link using the second SIM simultaneously with communicating on the second access link using the first SIM, wherein communicating on the second access link is at the reduced capability.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein provide designs to reduce the probability of persistent PF/PO conflicts of different subscriptions for a multi-SIM/USIM UE.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing paging monitoring by a wireless device. In one aspect, the wireless device may receive a serving cell signal from a cell. The wireless device may determine a delay time based on the serving cell signal. The wireless device may monitor for the paging signal during the determined delay time. The wireless device may stop the monitoring for the paging signal upon or after expiration of the determined delay time. In some aspects, the wireless device may receive an indication of multiple paging signal monitoring occasions from the cell, which may include an indication of a number of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to be transmitted from the cell and a number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions per SSB in a paging occasion.

The method generally includes receiving one or more uplink grants scheduling a plurality of transmission occasions for the UE. The method generally includes performing a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure to attempt to acquire a channel for transmitting in at least one of the plurality of transmission occasions. The method generally includes determining one or more of the plurality of transmission occasions to transmit data based, at least in part, on the LBT procedure.
