A door opening and closing apparatus opens and closes a slide door by cooperating with a guide roller unit fixed to the slide door of a vehicle. The guide roller unit includes a guide member and a belt-side bracket connected to the guide member. The door opening and closing apparatus includes a support member made of resin, plural pulleys supported at the support member, and a transmission belt engaged at the plural pulleys. The support member is fixed to a body of the vehicle and includes a rail portion at which the guide member is mounted. The belt-side bracket is fixed to the transmission belt. An electric drive source moves the transmission belt for opening and closing the slide door in a state where the guide member is guided along the rail portion. The support member includes an engagement portion configured to hold the belt-side bracket.

Provided is a small plug door device having a slide base is installed slidably in a vehicle width direction relative to a fixed base. A door drive mechanism for moving one door in a vehicle front-rear direction via a connecting portion has a drive portion including an electric motor, a drive wheel member, a follower wheel member, and an endless member, and is installed on the slide base. A guide portion guides a shaft portion provided on the connecting portion so as to move the shaft portion in a vehicle width direction. In a double-speed rail in which a pinion is disposed between two racks, one rack is connected to the slide base, the other rack is connected to the door side, and the pinion is connected to the connecting portion.

The invention relates to a sliding-door assembly, including a stationary frame, a horizontally movable door leaf, and a drive device for moving the door leaf, which drive device includes a drive motor, which is arranged on the leaf and has a toothed wheel, which interacts with a toothed belt arranged on the frame, wherein the toothed belt is wrapped around the toothed wheel over a partial periphery of the toothed wheel and wherein at least two teeth of the toothed wheel are simultaneously fully engaged with at least two teeth of the toothed belt.

A coupling system of an elevator car door drive includes a traction device, at least one coupling unit coupled to the traction device, and an adapter element which has a first interlocking adjustment structure which, together with interlocking elements of the traction device, forms a first interlocking unit that secures a relative position of the adapter element with respect to the traction device, which relative position can be adjusted in defined interlocking adjustment positions. The coupling unit has a second interlocking unit which secures a relative position of the adapter element with respect to the coupling unit, which relative position can be adjusted in defined interlocking adjustment positions, wherein, in the second interlocking unit, the distance between directly adjacent interlocking adjustment positions is smaller than the distance between directly adjacent interlocking adjustment positions of the first interlocking unit.

A platform screen gate system having a tower, a gate secured to the tower. The gate is movable between an open position, to facilitate access to and from the platform, and a closed position, to block access to and from the platform. The system further includes at least one roller secured to the tower and a track secured to the gate. The track is supported by and movable on the least one roller such that the door cantilevers from the tower and remains above the platform when the door is moved between the open and closed positions.

Provided is a small plug door device capable of performing an opening/closing operation and a plugging operation with a door drive mechanism for causing a force in a vehicle front-rear direction to act on a door, and further applicable also to a one-panel sliding door. A slide base 12 is installed slidably in a vehicle width direction relative to a fixed base 11. A door drive mechanism 13 for moving one door 104 in a vehicle front-rear direction via a connecting portion 19 has a drive portion 13a including an electric motor 21, a drive wheel member 13b, a follower wheel member 13c, and an endless member 13d, and is installed on the slide base 12. A guide portion 15 guides a shaft portion 14 provided on the connecting portion 19 so as to move the shaft portion 14 in a vehicle width direction. In a double-speed rail 16 in which a pinion 16c is disposed between two racks (16a, 16b), one rack 16b is connected to the slide base 12, the other rack 16a is connected to the door 104 side, and the pinion 16c is connected to the connecting portion 19.

A step unit comprises: a step member which is provided on the vehicle body side so as to be adjacent to a slide door of the vehicle and has a flat plate section on which an occupant's foot is placed; and a drive device which is affixed to the step member and drives the slide door to open and close the slide door. The step member is molded using a resin material and has a accommodation portion which is provided with a bottom formed below the upper surface of the flat plate section. The drive device is affixed while at least a part thereof is accommodated within the accommodation portion.

A step unit includes: a step member which is provided with a pair of lower rails extending in an opening and closing direction of a slide door of the vehicle; and a rail plate member which is provided to a cutout formed in a part of either of the lower rails and which continuously connects the lower rails in the opening and closing direction. The step member is molded using a resin material and is provided with an insertion hole which vertically penetrates through the step member at a position corresponding to the cutout; and a support extension section which is extended from a side end of the cutout of the lower rail. The rail plate member is mounted to the step member by being inserted so as to penetrate through the insertion hole from above the step member.
