    摘要: The present invention provides an anti-pinch detection method and system comprising: determining a first current change rate according to a current collected in a present period and a previous period; determining a second current change rate according to the current collected in the present period and a target period, there being N periods between the target period and present period; detecting whether a closure component encounters an obstacle according to the second current change rate. If yes, determining the stiffness of the obstacle according to the first current change rate; determining a real-time obstacle compression distance according to a contact position zero point and a motor position collected in real time; and determining a real-time anti-pinch force according to the stiffness of the obstacle and the real-time obstacle compression distance, and controlling a motor to reverse when the real-time anti-pinch force is greater than a preset anti-pinch detection threshold.

    摘要: A dual-voltage door operator control system comprises a contactor, a high-voltage connector, a low-voltage connector, a rectifier and a brake. When a door operator motor is electrically coupled to the low-voltage connector, the rectifier full-wave rectifies an external power source and then electrically energizes the brake. When the door operator motor is electrically coupled to the high-voltage connector, the rectifier half-wave rectifies the external power source and then electrically energizes the brake. Accordingly, the door operator motor can be connected to the high-voltage connector or the low-voltage connector according to the specification of the external power source provided at the site. Moreover, the invention is also further integrated with the brake of a single specification, and no matter whether the external power source is a high-voltage power source or a low-voltage power source, it can electrically energize the brake through the rectifier.

    摘要: A maintenance system for a gate device includes a controller, at least one temperature sensor, and an evaluation unit. The controller has a motor control unit which actuates a drive apparatus for driving a gate member, and a non-volatile memory which stores gate data. The gate data is retrievable from the non-volatile memory. The at least one temperature sensor is arranged in a region of the drive apparatus. The at least one temperature sensor continuously transmits a detected temperature as further gate data to the non-volatile memory of the controller. The evaluation unit creates a temperature curve for each of the at least one temperature sensor over a preset operating cycle. A comparison of more than one temperature curve allows a conclusion to be drawn of a need for maintenance of the gate device.
