    Abstract: A digital clock circuit is provided. The digital clock circuit includes a first sub-circuit comprising a first digitally-controlled oscillator driven by a frequency control word to control a first output frequency synthesized from multiple first pulses, and a first frequency divider to generate a trigger signal having a frequency equal to 1/M of the first output frequency. The digital clock circuit also includes a second sub-circuit comprising a loop of feedback including a frequency detector to compare an input frequency with a feedback frequency, a controller to adjust the frequency control word, a second digitally-controlled oscillator driven by the frequency control word plus a constant to control a second output frequency synthesized from multiple second pulses induced by the trigger signal, and a second frequency divider to set the feedback frequency equal to 1/N of the second output frequency in the loop of feedback.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal antenna includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and liquid crystals arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. First protrusions and second protrusions are arranged at a surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate, a size of each first protrusion in a first direction is substantially greater than a size of each second protrusion in the first direction, and the first direction is a direction perpendicularly from the second substrate to the first substrate. A run-through labyrinth-type gap is defined by the first protrusions at a surface of the second substrate, and each second protrusion is arranged in the labyrinth-type gap.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pixel circuit and a method for controlling the same, and a flat panel detector. The pixel circuit includes: a plurality of pixel units arranged in an M×N array, wherein each of the pixel units is configured to sense an optical signal and generate induced current based on the sensed optical signal, where M and N are integers greater than or equal to 1; and N storage circuits connected to N columns of pixel units respectively, wherein each of the storage circuits has an input signal terminal connected to a respective column of pixel units, a control signal terminal and an output signal terminal, and is configured to receive induced current from the respective column of pixel units at the input signal terminal, store a voltage based on the received induced current, and provide the stored voltage at the output signal terminal under control of a signal at the control signal terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifter, an antenna including the phase shifter, and a control method of the phase shifter. The phase shifter includes a first base substrate; a plurality of microstrip lines arranged on the first base substrate and configured to transmit an electromagnetic wave signal and apply a common voltage; a dielectric layer arranged on a side of the plurality of microstrip lines away from the first base substrate; and a plurality of separate voltage control layers correspondingly arranged with the plurality of microstrip lines respectively on a side of the dielectric layer away from the first base substrate. The separate voltage control layers are configured to apply a control voltage. A dielectric constant of the dielectric layer varies with the control voltage applied to the voltage control layers and the common voltage applied to the microstrip lines.
