Abstract: A method for controlling an uplink signal transmit power at the user equipment and a UE configured to perform such a method are disclosed. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving a downlink reference signal transmit power associated with a first resource indicator, a downlink reference signal transmit beamforming gain associated with a second resource indicator, an uplink signal receive beamforming gain associated with a third resource indicator, and an uplink signal target receive power associated with a fourth resource indicator and transmitting an uplink signal associated with a fifth resource indicator to a transmission point with a transmit power calculated based on the combination, wherein the downlink reference signal transmit power associated with the first resource indicator and the downlink reference signal transmit beamforming gain associated with the second resource indicator are signaled together as a single metric associated with a sixth resource indicator.

Abstract: A method comprises operating a plurality of power optimizers connected in series between two input terminals of an inverter, wherein the plurality of power optimizers are connected to a plurality of solar panels to form a plurality of power modules connected in series, measuring operation parameters of the plurality of the solar panels, calculating a maximum power flow of each solar panel based upon the measuring, determining a mode transition range based upon the maximum power flows of the plurality of solar panels and configuring a first power optimizer to operate in a pass-through mode if a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) current of a first solar panel connected to the first power optimizer is within the mode transition range.

Abstract: A computer implemented method for executing applications on a host system. The method includes identifying application execution code of an application and a set of application execution dependencies of the application. The method creates a basic run-time environment (BRE) for the application on the host system. The method maps a root file system of the host system into the BRE. The method copies the application execution code of the application to an application directory in the BRE. The method maps the resource files of the host system to the directories in the BRE for the set of application execution dependencies corresponding to the resource files. The method initiates execution of the application through the BRE using the resource files of the host system that are mapped to the set of application execution dependencies of the application in the BRE.

Abstract: A circuit includes a RC-CR circuit and a second circuit. The RC-CR circuit outputs a first signal at a first output node over a RC path, and a second signal at a second output node over a CR path. The second circuit is coupled to the RC-CR circuit at the first output node over the RC path. The second circuit includes an array of capacitors coupled in parallel and a plurality of switches, and each of the array of capacitors is connected, in series, to a corresponding switch in the plurality of switches. Each of the array of capacitors and its corresponding switch are coupled between the first output node and a ground. The plurality of switches is switched on or off such that the first signal and the second signal have a phase difference that falls within a predetermined phase range.
