Abstract: The present invention provides a ship mooring device using a spring bellows structure, wherein the ship mooring device temporarily or permanently fixes a state in which the ship is spaced at a preset distance from a vessel or a pier, the ship mooring device including: a main body configured of a plurality of frames in which opposite ends of each of the frames are hinge-coupled to facing ends of adjacent frames to form foldable hinge joints, wherein diagonally opposed non-adjacent hinge joints of the frames are fixed to the ship and the pier, respectively; and a plurality of wires which are installed inwards in diagonal lines with respect to the frames of the main body to connect the diagonally opposed non-adjacent hinge joints together, with an elastic member interposed in a center portion of the radially disposed wires to generate predetermined dynamic stability when the ship is moved.

Abstract: A multiple oscillating water pumping device includes: a wing member disposed in fluid to generate a lifting force using the flow energy of the fluid; a rotation device to reciprocally rotate the wing member to periodically change the direction of the lifting force acting on the wing member; an arm is rotatably coupled to the wing member, the arm being reciprocally rotated about a pivot shaft by the lifting force acting on the wing member; and a cylinder where fluid enters and exits according to the internal pressure that is periodically increased and decreased by the reciprocating motion of a piston that is connected with the arm through a connecting rod. The multiple oscillating water pumping device is configured to minimize the supply of a power source required for operation and to minimize the loss of head when pumped water flows toward a reservoir along a conduit.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for passively preventing a marine floating body from twisting during mooring by controlling tension in ropes connected to the marine floating body within a predetermined allowable limit. The apparatus includes: a floating main body connected to the ropes, fixed on the sea, and providing a space for marine work; winches disposed on the floating main body and retracting or releasing the ropes fixing the floating main body; fairleads disposed on portions of the floating main body and guiding the ropes to the winches through themselves; and braking units disposed on portions of the floating main body at a predetermined distance from the fairleads, with the ropes passing through the fairleads and themselves, and controlling a speed of the ropes that are retracted to the winches at a predetermined speed.

Abstract: A method for detecting a shipwrecked vessel and drown victims by using an aerial hyperspectral image, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: (a) allowing an image reception unit to receive an observed aerial hyperspectral image, check whether the received aerial hyperspectral image is suitable for detection analysis, and extract observation information, and location information and a reflectance value for each pixel with respect to the detected shipwrecked vessel and drown victims; (b) allowing an image analysis unit to analyze spectral characteristic similarity between a spectral reflection value of a target object and an observed reflection value by using pre-constructed spectral library information and extract constituent materials and an occupation ratio for each pixel of the hyperspectral image, thereby classifying a detection result; and (c) allowing an image visualization unit to display the received hyperspectral image, locations of the detected shipwrecked vessel and drown victims, and detailed information of the detection result.
