Abstract: The present application discloses a sensing panel, and a display device and a driving method thereof. The sensing includes a base substrate; a plurality of photosensitive units arranged in an array on the base substrate; and a plurality of pressure-sensitive units arranged in an array on the base substrate. The photosensitive units and the pressure-sensitive units are integrated in a same sensing panel, and are stacked and share a fixed-potential electrode. As such, after loading a fixed potential to the fixed-potential electrode, the pressure detection and the touch detection can be achieved simultaneously with the same sensing panel.

Abstract: A fingerprint identification module and a display device are disclosed. In the fingerprint identification module, a light shading layer above a photosensitive sensing unit includes a first light shading component above a photosensitive diode of the photosensitive sensing unit, and a fixed potential signal line. The first light shading component is electrically connected to a terminal of the photosensitive diode thereunder and connected to the fixed potential signal line. Since the fixed potential signal line is above the photosensitive diode, and the light shading layer is directly used to form the fixed potential signal line, connecting holes that need to occupy some space can be omitted, and the area occupied by the photosensitive diode can be maximized, thus the light current generated by the photosensitive diode during fingerprint detection can be increased so as to enhance fingerprint detection accuracy.

Abstract: A touch panel, a display device and a driving method thereof are provided. In the touch panel, a transparent conductive layer is arranged on a side of an array substrate away from an opposite substrate. The transparent conductive layer, functioning as a shielding layer, and touch detection electrodes are applied with an identical touch detection signal at a touch stage. A capacitor is formed by the shielding layer and a metal layer below the touch panel, and a change in distance from the touch panel to the metal layer due to deformation of the touch panel pressed by a finger only affects capacitance between the shielding layer and the metal layer and causes a change in the touch detection signal applied to the shielding layer, while capacitances of the touch detection electrodes are not affected. Therefore, the accuracy of touch sensing is effectively improved.

The touch display panel includes: an array substrate and a counter substrate that are arranged opposite to each other; a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the counter substrate and a touch electrode wiring electrically connected to each of the touch electrodes; a plurality of pressure detecting electrodes disposed on the counter substrate or the array substrate and a pressure detecting electrode wiring electrically connected to each of the pressure detecting electrodes, wherein any one of the pressure detecting electrodes overlaps with at least one of the touch electrodes in a direction perpendicular to the counter substrate, and with respect to the pressure detecting electrode, the touch electrode is closer to a light exit side of the touch display panel.
