A command controlling method and a command controller for controlling execution of a plurality of commands on a remote machine are provided. The command controlling method includes determining a priority of each of the plurality of commands according to predetermined properties of the command, determining command package maximum total execution time according to a current workload of the remote machine, packaging the plurality of commands into one or more command packages in a descending order of priority according to the maximum total execution time, and sending the one or more command packages to the remote machine. By means of the command controlling method and the command controller, execution of commands in a cloud environment may be optimized to improve performance of the cloud environment.

The present invention addresses an ongoing need in the art to improve the stability of immunogenic compositions such as polysaccharide-protein conjugates and protein immunogens. The invention broadly relates to novel formulations which stabilize and inhibit precipitation of immunogenic compositions. More particularly, the invention described hereinafter, addresses a need in the art for formulations which stabilize and inhibit particulate formation (e.g., aggregation, precipitation) of immunogenic compositions which are processed, developed, formulated, manufactured and/or stored in container means such as fermentors, bioreactors, vials, flasks, bags, syringes, rubber stoppers, tubing and the like.
Abstract:
Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) binding compounds having radioisotope substituents are described, as well as chemical precursors thereof. Compounds include pyridine containing compounds, compounds having phenylhydrazine structures, and acylated lysine compounds. The compounds allow ready incorporation of radionuclides for single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and positron emission tomography (PET) for imaging, for example, prostate cancer cells and angiogenesis.

Method and system for switching a network application operating in a first communication mode to a second mode within a wireless local area network, comprising: judging whether mobile nodes are neighboring according to location information; when nodes are neighboring inquiring whether mobile nodes want to switch to second mode to run network applications; when all mobile nodes agree to switch to second mode, downloading and installing network application provided by the application server to one of the mobile nodes; configuring each of the mobile nodes with the communication parameters under the second mode; and switching all mobile nodes to the second communication mode to continue the previous network application. The invention dynamically switches between Infrastructure mode and Ad-hoc mode to balance system resources, improve QoS, reduce the communication traffic, waiting time and the cost of the users, and increase the income of the provider of the network service.

This disclosure describes techniques for encoding a two-dimensional (2D) video sequence of video frames along with three-dimensional (3D) conversion information comprising a set of parameters that can be applied to each of the video frames of the 2D sequence to generate 3D video data. The set of parameters may comprise a relatively small amount of data that can be applied to each of the original video frames of the 2D sequence to generate secondary views of each of the original video frames. The original video frames and the secondary views may collectively define a stereoscopic 3D video sequence. The 2D sequence and the set of parameters may comprise significantly less data than would otherwise be needed to communicate a 3D sequence. This disclosure also describes some exemplary syntax that may be used to encode the set of parameters in an effective and efficient manner.

Systems and methods for systematically analyzing an electronic text are described. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving the electronic text from a plurality of sources. The method also includes determining an at least one term of interest to be identified in the electronic text. The method further includes identifying a plurality of locations within the electronic text including the at least one term of interest. The method also includes for each location within a plurality of locations, creating a snippet from a text segment around the at least one term of interest at the location within the electronic text. The method further includes creating multiple taxonomies for the at least one term of interest from the snippets, wherein the taxonomies include an at least one category. The method also includes determining co-occurrences between the multiple taxonomies to determine associations between categories of a different taxonomies of the multiple taxonomies.

A method is disclosed for use with at least one initial document describing a technical concept suitable for licensing, the method comprising: retrieving a set of intellectual property documents from a data warehouse; partitioning the set of intellectual property documents into a plurality of document categories; classifying the set of intellectual property documents by an industry parameter; constructing a contingency table that includes a listing of industry classifications for each of the document categories, and identifying documents within a particular one of the document categories that have different industry classifications so as to identify at least one potential new licensee industry of the technical concept described in the initial document.

The present invention relates to a field of communication technology, and more particularly to a communication system, a label switched router, a network device, a method for handing over a route, and a method for notifying a state of advertising a label so as to improve an accuracy occasion for handing over a route. A liberal LSP between an upstream LSR and a downstream LSR is established; it is confirmed that establishing the liberal LSP is accomplished; a handover notification is sent to the upstream LSR; and the upstream LSR hands over the route according to the handover notification. By adopting such technical solution, the accuracy occasion for handing over the route is improved so as to avoid label forwarding interruption, and reduce the influences on the convergence time of handing over the route.

A method for identifying emerging concepts in unstructured text streams comprises: selecting a subset V of documents from a set U of documents; generating at least one Boolean combination of terms that partitions the set U into a plurality of categories that represent a generalized, statistically based model of the selected subset V wherein the categories are disjoint inasmuch as each document of U is included in only one category of the partition; and generating a descriptive label for each of the disjoint categories from the Boolean combination of terms for that category.

A method and an apparatus for concomitance scheduling a work thread and assistant threads associated with the work thread in a multi-threading processor system. The method includes: searching one or more assistant threads associated with the running of the work thread when preparing to run/schedule the work thread; running the one or more assistant threads that are searched; and running the work thread after all of the one or more assistant threads associated with the running of the work thread have run.
