Network signaling overheads can be reduced in a process in which a network side instructs to perform redistribution.

Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink reference signal sending method, and the method includes: sending, by a terminal device, an uplink reference signal on N1 second component carriers within a determined uplink reference signal sending time, and prohibiting, on M1 first component carriers in M first component carriers within the sending time, the terminal device from sending an uplink signal, where the first component carriers are carriers on which scheduling of uplink data transmission is allowed, and the second component carriers are carriers on which scheduling of uplink data transmission is prohibited. N1≤M1, in other words, within the sending time, a quantity N1 of second component carriers on which the uplink reference signal is sent is less than or equal to a quantity M1 of first component carriers on which sending of the uplink signal is prohibited.

Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a time-domain interval of available time-frequency resources in an unlicensed spectrum, where the available time-frequency resources are continuous time-frequency resources in a time domain; sending, by the base station, a preamble signal in a first subframe in the interval, where the first subframe is an initial subframe in the interval; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information and data after sending the preamble signal, where the data is in the first subframe, the downlink control information includes scheduling indication information, and the scheduling indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location of the data. According to the present invention, spectrum utilization can be improved.

According to the embodiments of the present invention, a connection of the terminal device can be released securely and quickly.

The first bandwidth is indicated by using a first bandwidth parameter carried in the system information. The second bandwidth is a bandwidth of a CORESET 0. The CORESET 0 is used to schedule the system information.

Abstract: A data processing method by a data sending apparatus is described. The method includes receiving a data packet from a PDCP layer, where the data packet is used as an RLC SDU. The method further includes encapsulating the RLC SDU into at least one RLC PDU, where each one of the at least one RLC PDU includes a header and a payload. The payload carries data from a single RLC SDU. It can be learned that a transmit end no longer performs concatenation processing at the RLC layer on the data packet. In this way, concatenation processing at the transmit end is reduced, and processing complexity and processing latency are further reduced. In addition, processing at a receive end also becomes simpler and more efficient.

Abstract: A subframe processing method and device are disclosed. A terminal can determine a special subframe in a non-contiguous secondary carrier according to a maximum continuous channel occupancy duration and a channel listening duration of the non-contiguous secondary carrier, and a channel occupancy start reference time point and/or a channel listening start reference time point of the non-contiguous secondary carrier that are obtained, where the special subframe includes all or some gap symbols occupied by the channel listening duration, use all symbols except the gap symbols in the special subframe as symbols that can be occupied by a PDCCH and/or a PDSCH, and correspondingly receive or decode the PDCCH and/or the PDSCH in the special subframe according to the symbols that can be occupied by the PDCCH and/or the PDSCH.

The quality parameter report of the VoIP service includes the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, such that a network system obtains quality of service of the VoIP service according to the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, further helping an operator control and adjust the network system based on the quality of service of the VoIP service.
