In one example parameter optimization method, a data processing device obtains a Kronecker factor matrix that is used to indicate a higher-order information matrix of a neural network model, and segments the Kronecker factor matrix to obtain a plurality of square matrices. The obtained plurality of square matrices are submatrices of the Kronecker factor matrix, and main diagonal lines of the plurality of square matrices each are in a one-to-one correspondence with a part of a main diagonal line of the Kronecker factor matrix. Then, the data processing device adjusts a parameter of the neural network model based on the obtained plurality of square matrices.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a paging method, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: A core network device obtains time information of a paging moment at which a first network device pages a terminal device, and sends first message to the first network device based on the time information of the paging moment at which the first network device pages the terminal device, wherein the first message is used to page the terminal device.     Abstract: A signal transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: a location management device receives first SRS resource configuration information from a serving cell and/or a neighboring cell. The location management device sends second SRS resource configuration information to a terminal device, where the second SRS resource configuration information includes third SRS resource configuration information and a downlink reference signal associated with an SRS resource indicated by the third SRS resource configuration information, and the third SRS resource configuration information is a part or all of the first SRS resource configuration information. The location management device configures the SRS resource for the terminal device, so that the SRS resource can be associated with the downlink reference signal. This helps the terminal device obtain information about a transmission beam for sending an SRS, and therefore SRS receiving efficiency of the cell can be improved to some extent.
