The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and specifically, to a method and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: repeatedly receiving a PDCCH including scheduling information, wherein the scheduling information includes time delay information; and repeatedly transmitting a PUSCH indicated by the scheduling information, after a time point indicated by the time delay information from the time point when the repeated receiving of the PDCCH ends, wherein a time resource in a time region includes a fixed DL time unit having a transmission direction fixed to a DL, and a time resource includes a fixed uplink (UL) time unit having a transmission direction fixed to a UL, and a floating time unit having a variable transmission direction, and the time point indicated by the time delay information is calculated on the basis of the fixed UL time unit.

The present invention relates to a method for performing a random access procedure in a wireless communication system and a device therefor, the method comprising a step for receiving NPRACH configuration information and a step for transmitting a random access preamble on the basis of the NPRACH configuration information, wherein the NPRACH configuration information includes information indicating whether only a first preamble format is supported, only a second preamble format is supported, or both the first preamble format and the second preamble format are supported. If both the first preamble format and the second preamble format are supported according to the NPRACH configuration information and a specific condition is met, the random access preamble is transmitted using the first preamble format, and, if both the first preamble format and the second preamble format are supported according to the NPRACH configuration information and the specific condition is not met, the random access preamble is transmitted using the second preamble format.

Disclosed herein is a method of transmitting a UL signal from a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting an unlicensed band and apparatuses for supporting the same. More specifically, the present invention provides an embodiment in which the UE performs autonomous uplink transmission and scheduled uplink transmission through the unlicensed band, a method of adjusting contention window size when the UE perform the autonomous uplink transmission through the unlicensed band, and an embodiment of performing the autonomous uplink transmission based on the method.

The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for a terminal receiving control information, which includes a modified physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) configuration, through a downlink shared channel (DL-SCH), in a heterogeneous network system comprising a macro cell and a femto cell. The method for the terminal receiving the control information in the heterogeneous network system comprising the macro cell and the femto cell, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: the terminal accessing the macro cell undergoing a handover to the femto cell; and receiving PHICH reconfiguration information from the femto cell through the downlink shared channel (DL-SCH), when the configuration of the physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) used by the terminal which has undergone the handover is modified.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for receiving information on a number N of a code block group defined for one transport block from a base station through an upper layer signal, receiving a first transport block including a plurality of code blocks from the base station through a physical layer channel, and transmitting HARQ-ACK payload including HARQ-ACK information on the first transport block to the base station. Preferably, a code block-based CRC is attached to each of the code blocks, a transport block-based CRC is attached to the first transport block, and the HARQ-ACK payload includes a plurality of HARQ-ACK bits corresponding to M code block groups for the first transport block.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for transmitting, by a user equipment (UE), uplink data in a wireless communication system supporting a narrowband Internet of things (NB-IoT) system includes: receiving information related to a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) for transmitting the uplink data in an RRC connected state; and transmitting the uplink data by using the preconfigured uplink resource (PUR) in an RRC idle state. In the transmitting of the uplink data, when the preconfigured UL resource (PUR) is a dedicated resource and there is no data to be transmitted in the preconfigured UL resource (PUR), transmission of the uplink data is skipped.
