Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In a wireless communication system, a first wireless node may transmit a configuration message indicating one or more spatial configurations for communicating with a second wireless node. A spatial configuration may include one or more different sets of spatial parameters for half-duplex communications and full-duplex communications between the wireless nodes. In some examples, the first wireless node may select a first set of spatial parameters for half-duplex communications or a second set of spatial parameters for full-duplex communications based on an explicit indication or a resource configuration. The wireless nodes may perform half- or full-duplex communications using the first or second set of spatial parameters, respectively, in accordance with the configuration message.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may be scheduled by a base station for full-duplex sidelink transmissions. A first UE may receive, from a base station, a first sidelink grant indicating a first set of resources and a second set of resources. The first set of resources may at least partially overlap in time with the second set of resources. Upon receiving the first sidelink, the first UE may transmit, to a second wireless device, a second sidelink grant indicating the second set of resources. The first UE may transmit a first data message to the second UE over the first set of resources and receive a second data message from the second device over the second set of resources.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving signaling configuring the UE with multiple candidate target physical cell identifiers (PCIs) of at least one candidate target cell, receiving signaling configuring the UE with at least one handover (HO) condition for each PCI of the multiple candidate target PCIs, detecting that an HO condition is satisfied for a target PCI of one or more target PCIs selected from the multiple candidate target PCIs for HO, initiating an HO procedure to a target cell associated with the target PCI for which the HO condition is satisfied, the HO procedure involving transmitting a random access signal on an uplink (UL) resource configured for the target PCI, and transmitting or receiving an HO complete message, via physical or medium access control (MAC) layer signaling, a handover complete message indicating completion of the HO procedure.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE) may measure physical layer parameters of one or more reference signals transmitted by one or more non-serving or neighbor base stations. The UE may store the measured physical layer parameters and, in the event that a handover command is received from a source base station to establish a connection with a target base station of one of the neighbor base stations, use the measured physical layer parameters for an uplink communication with the target base station, where the measured physical layer parameters are unreported by the UE prior to establishing the connection with the target base station.

Abstract: Methods, computer programs products, and apparatuses for CSI difference report are provided. An example method at a UE includes receiving, from a base station, a configuration for a channel state information (CSI) difference report that reports one or more statistics for a difference between at least one source CSI associated with a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) and at least one target CSI associated with a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The example method further includes transmitting, to the base station, the CSI difference report based on the received configuration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) configuration of a cell serving the UE. The SBFD configuration may indicate a first set of resources for downlink communications and a second set of resources for uplink communications. The first set of resources and the second set of resources may include non-overlapping frequency resources in a same time interval. The UE may receive a control message that indicates a pre-emption of the first set of resources or a cancellation of the second set of resources. Accordingly, the UE may determine that downlink transmissions in at least a portion of the first set of resources are pre-empted or that uplink transmissions in at least a portion of the second set of resources are cancelled based on the control message and the SBFD configuration of the cell.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for multiplexing and prioritization techniques for uplink signaling and non-serving cell synchronization signals. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support a prioritization rule according to which the UE and the network entity may enable uplink multiplexing with a set of non-serving cell synchronization signal blocks (SSBs). For example, an uplink signal and a set of non-serving cell SSBs may be scheduled for the UE and may at least partially overlap in time and the UE may prioritize one of the uplink signal or the set of non-serving cell SSBs in accordance with the prioritization rule. The prioritization rule may be associated with a scheduling offset of the uplink signal or may be associated with whether the set of non-serving cell SSBs are indicated for measurement at the UE.
