    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for GNSS validity reporting in NTNs. A UE may transmit, to a network entity, a report of a validity duration for GNSS tracking information. The GNSS tracking information may be associated with an NTN including the UE and the network entity. The report may include an indication of a remaining time period of the validity duration based on a threshold. The UE may switch to an RRC idle mode based on the report of the validity duration. The RRC idle mode may be switched to after an expiration of the remaining time period of the validity duration or based on an RRC release message received from the network entity.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some non-terrestrial networks, the movement of satellites may result in the movement of cell coverage. A user equipment (UE) may experience changing cell coverage due to the movement of cell coverage, even if the UE is stationary. A UE may be configured to determine a cell is serving two or more earth-fixed tracking areas, determine whether to monitor paging resources of a first earth-fixed tracking area or a second earth-fixed tracking area, and monitor the selected paging resources. In some aspects, the UE may determine that a cell serves two or more earth-fixed tracking areas based on a received control message including multiple tracking area indicators. In some aspects, the UE may determine which paging resources to monitor based on a geographic position of the UE.

    Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communications includes a processor, and a memory coupled with the processor and storing instructions operable, when executed by the processor, to cause the apparatus to output a pre-configured uplink resource (PUR) configuration information comprising a least significant bit (LSB) associated with a hyper system frame number (H-SFN). Execution of the instructions further cause the apparatus to obtain, from a user equipment (UE) at a PUR start time, a first message on a PUR associated with the PUR configuration information, the PUR start time associated with the H-SFN corresponding to the LSB.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for enabled/disabled HARQ feedback and HARQ-less processes. A base station may configure a plurality of logical channels for a UE, where one or more of the logical channels have an associated HARQ process. The UE may receive an allocation of resources from the base station for an uplink grant or a downlink assignment and determine whether the resources have associated HARQ process without HARQ feedback but with HARQ retransmission, an associated HARQ process without HARQ feedback and without HARQ retransmission, or an associated HARQ process with HARQ feedback and with HARQ retransmission. The UE may exchange communication with the base station based on the allocation of resources and the determination of whether the resources have one of the associated HARQ processes.
