    Abstract: A signal transmission method includes: a terminal device receives configuration information of a positioning reference signal and configuration information of a first reference signal that are from a first network device and that are sent by a serving base station, where the first reference signal and the positioning reference signal are quasi-co-located (QCLed); the terminal device determines, based on the configuration information of the positioning reference signal and the configuration information of the first reference signal, whether a second reference signal corresponding to the first reference signal exists; and if determining that the second reference signal exists, the terminal device receives the positioning reference signal sent by the first network device, where the positioning reference signal and the second reference signal are QCLed.

    Abstract: In a transmission parameter configuration method, a first node receives a transmission configuration message, where the transmission configuration message includes transmission configuration index information and a transmission parameter corresponding to the transmission configuration index information, and the transmission configuration index information is used to identify different transmission modes. The first node obtains a transmission indication message, where the transmission indication message includes the transmission configuration index information, and the transmission indication message is used to indicate to the first node to apply the transmission parameter corresponding to the transmission configuration index information. The first node performs, based on the transmission configuration index information, data transmission by using the transmission parameter corresponding to the transmission configuration index information.     Abstract: A signal transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: a location management device receives first SRS resource configuration information from a serving cell and/or a neighboring cell. The location management device sends second SRS resource configuration information to a terminal device, where the second SRS resource configuration information includes third SRS resource configuration information and a downlink reference signal associated with an SRS resource indicated by the third SRS resource configuration information, and the third SRS resource configuration information is a part or all of the first SRS resource configuration information. The location management device configures the SRS resource for the terminal device, so that the SRS resource can be associated with the downlink reference signal. This helps the terminal device obtain information about a transmission beam for sending an SRS, and therefore SRS receiving efficiency of the cell can be improved to some extent.

    Abstract: This application provides a beam failure recovery method, an apparatus, and a system. In this solution, a terminal device receives first configuration information from a network device, and performs cell-level beam failure recovery or transmission reception point level (TRP-level) beam failure recovery based on the first configuration information. The first configuration information is used to configure a plurality of sets of beam failure detection resources and a plurality of sets of candidate beam resources. Based on this solution, the terminal device may perform partial beam failure recovery based on the plurality of sets of beam failure detection resources and the plurality of sets of candidate beam resources, so that the terminal device can detect a TRP-level beam failure and recover the TRP-level beam failure in time. This effectively improves smooth system evolution.
