A system for converging Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) and Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) networks is provided. The system includes an interworking adaptor (IWA) or interworking control function (IWCF). The IWA or IWCF is configured to communicate with an access point (AP)/access controller (AC) of the WiFi network, and also configured to communicate with an entity in a connectivity service network (CSN) of the WiMAX network, where the IWA or IWCF is further configured to perform access control on a terminal STA/MS accessing the CSN from the WiFi network. By using the system for converging the WiMAX and WiFi networks disclosed in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention, convergence of one or more functions between the WiFi and WiMAX networks may be implemented conveniently.

The heat source for the carbonizing step comes from a direct combustion reaction between external combustible gas and external oxygen in a carbonization furnace. In one embodiment, an apparatus for color management workflow for transitioning offset printing using custom inks to digital printing includes a color image recording device to measure one or more spot color ramps that correspond to custom ink colors, the color image device operable to determine a matching L*a*b value for the spot color ramps. The apparatus further includes a color characterization module to determine device CMYK matches for each of the L*a*b values for the one or more spot color ramps and create a custom input characterization file based on the device CMYK matches and an International Color Consortium (ICC) profile module to create a new input ICC file and a new output ICC file from the custom input characterization file.
