    Abstract: A system and method for providing multiple options for booting-up a remote computing device is disclosed. The system has a remote management station, in network communication with a computing device. The computing device has hardware components and a Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) basic input output system (BIOS), including multiple power-on self-test (POST) routines. A controller is in communication with the UEFI BIOS and in network communication with the remote management station. The controller receives a selection of one of the plurality of POST routines from the management station. The controller boots up the computing device with the selected POST routine. The POST routines include a normal POST and other specialized routines such as a fast boot option, a safety boot option, a diagnostic boot option and a factory boot option.

    Abstract: A vacuum cleaner system includes a docking station and a mobile vacuum cleaner. The docking station includes a charging stand and a parking plate. The parking plate is connected to the charging stand, and formed with two position-limiting slots. The mobile vacuum cleaner includes a working machine body and two transmission wheels. The transmission wheels are rotatably arranged on the working machine body for traveling the working machine body. When the transmission wheels are moved into the position-limiting slots, respectively, the mobile vacuum cleaner presses the parking plate by a gravity of the mobile vacuum cleaner through the two transmission wheels.

    Abstract: An air baffle for optimizing thermal performance of memory components provided in a chassis is disclosed. The air baffle has a body and one or more venting units provided on the body. The body is configured to be removably coupled to the chassis. The body covers the memory components when coupled to the chassis. The one or more venting units direct air flowing through the chassis. Each of the venting units includes vent openings and a corresponding number of adjustable venting plates. The vent openings are each aligned with the memory components when the body is coupled to the chassis. Each of the adjustable venting plates have an open position or a closed position. A respective venting plate of the adjustable venting plates in the open position allows airflow through a respective vent opening of the vent openings. The respective venting plate of the adjustable venting plates in the closed position blocks airflow through the respective vent opening of the vent openings.

    Abstract: A punching mold device capable of rotating a workpiece includes an upper mold base, a lower mold base opposite to the lower mold base, an indexing rotation plate, a servo motor and a position-fixing element. The lower mold base includes a clamping portion for fixedly clamping a workpiece. The indexing rotation plate is formed with holes which collectively form a circular contour. The servo motor is connected to the indexing rotation plate and the workpiece, and synchronously rotates the indexing rotation plate and the workpiece. The position-fixing element includes a positioning pin which aims towards and is pluggably connected to one of the holes for stopping the rotation of the indexing rotation plate and the workpiece. The upper mold base includes a punching head module aligned with the clamping portion for punching the workpiece.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for engaging a mounting panel of a computer device includes a bracket, as well as a lever and slider mechanism connected to the bracket. The lever and slider mechanism includes a base, a wedge slider, a lever, a geared bar, and a biasing element. The base is connected to the bracket. The wedge slider is connected to the bracket and disposed immediately below the base. Rotating the lever from a first position to a second position causes a gear to engage the geared bar, causing the geared bar to move vertically. The rotating allows movement along the contact between an angled end of the geared bar and a wedged end protrusion of the wedge slider such that the biasing element pushes the wedge slider away from the bracket and allows the wedge slider to engage an opening in a mounting panel.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a chassis housing one or more electronic components, a module configured to be inserted into a channel defined by the chassis, and an alignment mechanism disposed in the channel. The alignment mechanism has a body portion that defines an aperture. When the module is initially inserted into the channel in a first orientation, a first portion of the module passes over the aperture and compresses the body portion of the alignment mechanism along a first axis, to allow the module to be fully inserted into the channel. When the module is initially inserted into the channel in a second orientation, a second portion of the module passes through the aperture and does not compress the body portion of the alignment mechanism along the first axis, to prevent the module from being fully inserted into the channel.
