    摘要: An audio device includes a microphone, a sound canal allowing sound to pass from the surroundings to the microphone, a signal path from the microphone to a receiver, and a current source, such that sounds received at the microphone may be enhanced and presented at the ear level of the user. A protection screen is provided at the sound canal, and includes a first surface which faces the surroundings and a second surface which faces the sound canal, and defines a slit-formed opening between the first surface and the second surface. The curvature between the first surface and the slit-formed opening is smooth and gradual, and a sharp edge is located at the transition between the second surface and the slit-formed opening.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes providing a semiconductor structure including a first electrode layer, forming a sacrificial layer on the first electrode layer, the sacrificial layer including a recess having a pointed bottom defining a depth, forming a second electrode layer on the sacrificial layer, the second electrode layer including a first opening exposing the recess, and forming a support layer filling the recess, the first opening, and on the second electrode layer. A portion of the support layer filling the recess forms a stopper having a height equal to the depth of the recess. The method also includes forming a second opening extending through the support layer and the second electrode layer and exposing a surface of the sacrificial layer, and removing a portion of the sacrificial layer to form a cavity.

    摘要: A wearable audio apparatus used to support multiple audio components, namely, microphones. The audio apparatus can have a housing that contains the multiple microphones. The housing can be easily worn by a user, such as by coupling to a headset, ear mount/hook, user's clothing, or user's body. The microphones can be acoustically matched for rapid swapping without requiring a separate audio setup. The audio components can be mounted astride or near one another in the audio apparatus. The audio components can also be separately wired so that each audio component can be independently activated.

    摘要: There is provided an electroacoustic transducer capable of reproducing high-quality sound particularly in a low frequency range, including: a cylindrical yoke; a drive magnet placed coaxially with the yoke so as to circumferentially face the yoke; a diaphragm fixed at the cylindrical tip end portion of the yoke so as to face each other; and a voice coil fixed to one surface of the diaphragm, wherein the diaphragm is formed, with the central region having rigidity so as to be less flexible compared with an outer circumferential region surrounding the central region, and the voice coil is inserted between the drive magnet and the yoke, and configured to cause the diaphragm to vibrate by a voice signal applied to the both-end lead wire. The both-end lead wire of the voice coil is led out to the outside through the central region of the diaphragm.
