    摘要: A method for mixing fluid streams, microfluidic mixer and microfluidic chip utilizing same utilize a topological mixing scheme that exploits the laminarity of the flow to repeatedly fold the flow and exponentially increase the concentration gradients to obtain fast and efficient mixing by diffusion (FIG. 1a). It is based on helical flow channels with opposite chiralities that split rotate and recombine the fluid stream in a topology reminiscent of a series of MÖBIUS bands. This geometry is realized in a simple six-stage, two-layer elastomer structure with a footprint of 400 μm×300 μm per stage that mixes two solutions efficiently at Reynolds numbers between 0.1 and 2. This represents more than an order of magnitude reduction in the size of microfluid mixers that can be manufactured in standard multilayer soft lithography techniques.

    摘要: An apparatus for adaptive de-interlace of a frame comprises a line-segment difference-value calculating module, a motion-vector calculating module, an intra-block calculating module, a trigger-value producing module, and an image processing module. The line-segment difference-value calculating module computes a difference value of a line segment within the frame. The motion-vector calculating module computes a motion vector of a macro block that is located in the frame and comprises the line segment. The intra-block calculating module computes the amount of intra blocks in the frame. The trigger-value producing module determines whether the amount of the intra blocks is larger than a first threshold or not, so as to select an algorithm for generating a trigger value. The image processing module determines whether the trigger value is larger than a second threshold or not and then selects a de-interlace algorithm for de-interlacing the line segment.

    摘要: This invention discloses a deep reinforcement learning based adaptive bitrate selection method and system for real-time streaming, where deep reinforcement learning neural networks are utilized to receive states observations and make bitrate decisions. Simulation is constructed to provide network states including network QoS and playback status to agents and compute accumulated rewards according to the bitrate actions made by agents. ARS balances a variety of QoE goals to determine the accumulated rewards. ARS also enables multiple agents to be trained concurrently and conducts training process in a simulation environment to accelerate the training speed. In addition, ARS supports training ABR algorithm both online and offline.

An action that maximizes a value of a target is determined. The target is based at least on a reward for each of the predicted subsequent states. The determined action is performed.

The testing of the first device is performed according to a first test sequence of the first device, wherein the first test sequence includes a plurality of ordered test items, and wherein the first test sequence includes a test item. A test priority of the test item is calculated based on a frequency of fails of the test item in the testing of a plurality of devices having an identical structure as the first device. The first test sequence is then adjusted to generate a second test sequence in response to the test priority of the test item, wherein the second test sequence is different from the first test sequence.
