Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a backoff window adjustment method, and an apparatus. In downlink transmission, a base station obtains a trigger condition for adjusting a length of a backoff window on a first channel, and adjusts the length of the backoff window of the base station on the first channel according to the obtained trigger condition for adjusting the length of the backoff window on the first channel. In uplink transmission, a user equipment (UE) obtains a trigger condition for adjusting a length of a backoff window on a first channel, and adjusts the length of the backoff window of the UE on the first channel according to the obtained trigger condition for adjusting the length of the backoff window on the first channel.

A power control method and apparatus for an uplink control channel are provided. The method includes: determining, by user equipment, to send first uplink control information on a first PUCCH and in a subframe i; determining transmit power for sending the first uplink control information on the first PUCCH and in the subframe i. In the embodiments of the present invention, the transmit power is determined by using a sum of a base power adjustment value and any one of a first power adjustment value determined according to a quantity of bits of the first uplink control information.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for processing feedback information, abase station, and a user equipment. The method includes: determining, by abase station, a feedback manner of HARQ feedback information, where the feedback manner includes feeding back the HARQ feedback information or not feeding back the HARQ feedback information; and sending, by the base station, first signaling to a user equipment, where the first signaling carries the feedback manner of the HARQ feedback information. The embodiments of the present invention can improve an HARQ mechanism, so as to support new technologies in a small cell more effectively.

Method and apparatus are provided to allocate a time and frequency resource of a resource request indicator (RRI) and to transmit an RRI. Codes are allocated for an RRI and other (such as non-RRI) uplink control signaling. The RRI and other uplink control signaling can be multiplexed in the same time and frequency resource, such as through multiplexing in a code division manner.

This application provides a method and device for generating a subframe, a method for determining a subframe and a user equipment. The method for generating a subframe includes: determining, by a first device, patterns of at least two special subframes used in a broadcast control channel modification period, where guard period GP durations of the at least two special subframes are different; and generating, by the first device, the at least two special subframes. The method enhances flexibility and improves a system resource utilization rate.

Embodiments of the present application provide a synchronization method and a base station. In the embodiments of the present application, a first base station receives, on at least one part of channels in a receiving band supported by the first base station, at least one first downlink synchronization signal sent by at least one second base station, and selects a first downlink synchronization signal from the at least one first downlink synchronization signal, to enable the first base station to execute time synchronization according to the selected first downlink synchronization signal, which can avoid a problem in the prior art of low reliability of time synchronization caused by low availability of a GPS signal, and relieve interference suffered by a base station from another base station caused by a problem of asynchronous receiving and sending time or inaccurate time synchronization, thereby improving signal quality of an air interface.

According to a data transmission method, device and system provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a scheduling node sends, in a first TTI to a scheduled node, a scheduling indication of transmitting data by using a preset spectrum resource; after the scheduled node receives the scheduling indication, when it is determined that data can be transmitted in the second TTI according to the scheduling indication, data is transmitted; and when the scheduling node determines that the scheduled node can transmit data in the second TTI, it is determined that the data that is transmitted in the second TTI by using the preset spectrum resource is data sent by the scheduled node. A power loss of the scheduled node is reduced, waste of a wireless communications resource is reduced, and transmission efficiency is improved. The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies.

The present application relates to a method and a device for occupying a shared spectrum. The method includes: determining, by a first communications node according to a resource occupation manner to be performed by the first communications node for a shared spectrum, a sending resource of resource reservation information by using a preset correspondence, where the correspondence includes a relationship between at least two of the resource occupation manners and at least two of the sending resources, and the resource reservation information represents the resource occupation manner; and sending, by the first communications node, the resource reservation information by using the sending resource.

A method and device for sending a synchronization signal and a method and device for synchronization between base stations, include: determining, by a synchronization source base station according to a synchronization level of the synchronization source base station, a resource for sending an NLRS for clock synchronization between base stations, and according to the determined resource. In this way, one NLRS for clock synchronization between base stations is configured on each synchronization source base station, and the NLRS is sent on a resource determined according to a synchronization level, so that a synchronization base station that acquires the NLRS can determine the synchronization level of the synchronization source base station according to a resource for sending the NLRS.
