Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for determining a subband resource and relates to the field of communications network technologies, so as to resolve a problem of how to ensure communication between user equipment and a base station while costs of the UE or complexity of the UE is reduced. In embodiments of the present invention, subband resource information acquired by UE is used to determine a subband resource, so that data and/or control information can be transmitted according to the subband resource. The solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention are suitable to be used to determine a subband resource.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses methods for transmitting and storing downlink data, a base station, and a terminal. In this solution, each time when a base station transmits downlink data, bits are selected in such a way that a length and a start point of a sequence that a terminal of any terminal category expects to receive in initial transmission (or retransmission) of a code block are the same as a length and a start point of a sequence that a transmit end determines to transmit for the same code block, so that the terminal can perform reliable decoding. Therefore, a disadvantage is avoided that the terminal cannot correctly perform storing and further cannot correctly perform decoding each time when the terminal stores a retransmitted code block for a same code block, and decoding accuracy of the terminal is improved.

Abstract: The present application discloses a control information sending method that includes: determining, from a preset set of patterns, a pattern as a first pattern, where the pattern comprised in the preset set of patterns is one or more patterns that are determined according to a coverage enhancement degree. The pattern determines an aggregation level that is used for transmitting control information, and determines the number of the multiple subframes, and also determines a resource indicator for a resource that is used for transmitting the control information. The pattern further determines a control information format that is used for transmitting, in each subframe of the multiple subframes, the control information. The method further includes: acquiring, according to the first pattern, the control information on a resource, to which the control information is mapped, in each subframe of the multiple subframes.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a control channel transmission method, which includes: sending a first message to user equipment UE, where the first message includes a set of control channel configuration information; determining, for the user equipment (UE) according to the set of control channel configuration information, control channel configuration information used to transmit a control channel; and transmitting the control channel according to the control channel configuration information that is determined for the UE and used to transmit the control channel. Therefore, when transmitting the control channel, the UE can directly transmit a control channel corresponding to the control channel configuration information.
