In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network node, a first uplink transmission using a first transmit power that is based at least in part on: a first power level associated with the first uplink transmission, and a power scaling factor based at least in part on a power offset. The UE may transmit, to the network node, a second uplink transmission, at least partially overlapping in time with the first uplink transmission, using a second transmit power that is based at least in part on: a second power level associated with the second uplink transmission, a maximum available transmit power, and the first transmit power. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate over multiple component carriers (CCs). The UE may receive control signaling indicating a joint feedback codebook configuration for jointly reporting feedback for a first CC, a second CC, and a virtual CC that may be mapped to a third CC and a fourth CC. The UE may then receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a first downlink transmission via the first CC and a second downlink transmission on the second CC, or both downlink transmissions may be scheduled via the virtual CC. The UE may transmit a joint feedback message for the first CC, the second CC, and the virtual CC based on the joint codebook configuration.

Abstract: Aspects include systems, methods, devices, and non-transitory processor readable storage mediums for managing a broadcast signal of an apparatus for wireless communication. Various aspects may enable an apparatus to send a message using either omnidirectional transmissions or beamformed transmission based on whether the altitude of the apparatus meets an altitude threshold. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may determine a type of the message and may select the altitude threshold based on the determined message type. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may send the message using beamformed transmissions in response to determining that the message is intended for reception by a certain type of second apparatus.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to monitor search spaces on a primary cell and an secondary cell in a carrier aggregation configuration. The UE may monitor the search spaces for control information according to a shared search space monitoring configuration. Based on the shared search space monitoring configuration, the UE may identify that the secondary cell is a scheduling cell and the primary cell is a scheduled cell (e.g., cross-carrier scheduling). The UE may monitor control channel candidates of search spaces on the primary cell and on the secondary cell for downlink control information messages scheduling data transmissions with the primary cell. In some examples, the cross-carrier scheduled communications may be configured according to a scheduling configuration, which may include one or more scheduling constraints.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for finite field parity for a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook. A method that may be performed by a base station (BS) includes indicating, to a user equipment (UE), a codebook for uplink transmission of HARQ feedback, the codebook based on: (i) a number (M) of candidate downlink transmission occasions for a time period, and (ii) a maximum number (k) of downlink transmissions the UE can receive during the time period. The method also includes selecting an action to perform based on a set of codepoints of the codebook, the set of codepoints comprising: (i) a first combination of codepoints, and (ii) a second combination of codepoints different from the first combination, wherein HARQ feedback calculated from the first combination is equal to HARQ feedback calculated from the second combination.
