Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for switching configurations for uplink transmission switching. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity such as a base station, a switching configuration for an uplink transmission switching for three or more carriers. The switching configuration may be associated with switching one or more uplink transmission chains of the UE from or to one or more carriers of the three or more carriers within a time period. The switching configuration may be associated with a UE capability. The switching configuration may permit switching from or to one carrier within the time period associated with the UE capability. The switching configuration may permit switching from or to two carriers within the time period associated with the UE capability. The switching configuration may depend on the UE capability, thereby not causing the uplink transmission switching to degrade a performance of the UE.

Abstract: Aspects include systems, methods, devices, and non-transitory processor readable storage mediums for managing a broadcast signal of an apparatus for wireless communication. Various aspects may enable an apparatus to send a message using either omnidirectional transmissions or beamformed transmission based on whether the altitude of the apparatus meets an altitude threshold. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may determine a type of the message and may select the altitude threshold based on the determined message type. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may send the message using beamformed transmissions in response to determining that the message is intended for reception by a certain type of second apparatus.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, within a first slot, a first set of sidelink synchronization signal blocks (S-SSBs), each S-SSB of the first set of S-SSBs indicating a respective S-SSB identifier (ID). The UE may transmit, within a second slot, a second set of S-SSBs, each S-SSB of the second set of S-SSBs indicating a respective S-SSB ID. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Sidelink user equipment (UE) may perform a sidelink beam management procedure in accordance with a sidelink beam management configuration. A first UE may receive sidelink reference signals via a first set of time-frequency resources. As part of the sidelink beam management procedure, the first UE may transmit a sidelink message including feedback and beam management information (e.g., measurements) corresponding to the sidelink reference signals, which a second UE may use for the sidelink beam management procedure. In addition, the first UE may receive a set of demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) associated with a sidelink channel via a second set of time-frequency resources which may be non-overlapping, or at least partially overlapping, with the first set of time-frequency resources. The first UE may use the sidelink reference signals, the DMRSs, or both for sidelink beam management.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Some aspects relate generally to power sharing for unused uplink occasions. Some aspects more specifically relate to adjusting dynamic transmit power sharing between a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG) for an unused uplink occasion that is reported by a user equipment (UE). The UE may transmit an uplink communication (for example, that overlaps in the time domain with the unused uplink occasion) using a transmit power that is determined using the adjusted dynamic transmit power sharing. The UE may allocate at least a portion of a reserved transmit power associated with the unused uplink occasion to the transmit power of the uplink communication. For the transmit power determination of the uplink communication, the UE may assume that the unused uplink occasion is not present (for example, is not transmitted) in the MCG.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive information associated with identifying a first transmit power for a first carrier in a band and a second transmit power for a second carrier in the band, wherein the first transmit power and the second transmit power exceed a per-carrier group power threshold. The UE may transmit at least one of a first communication using a first scaled transmit power or a second communication using a second scaled transmit power, wherein at least one of the first transmit power or the second transmit power is scaled to form the first scaled transmit power or the second scaled transmit power in connection with the per-carrier group power threshold. Numerous other aspects are described.
