Abstract: Various examples provide a method for radio resources management. An MCE or a GCSE AS or a UE receives usage information of eMBMS radio resources, and adjusts radio resources in response to a determination that there is an overload state. The MCE may re-configure the eMBMS radio resources. Alternatively, the UE or the GCSE AS may establish a unicast channel for transporting a GCSE service which was transmitted on an overloaded eMBMS bearer, and release the eMBMS bearer. The technical mechanism can make effective use of radio interface resources and reduce data loss.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method for configuring and transmitting a key, which includes that: a) a serving cell (PCell) of UE determines a key (KeNB) used by a SCell and transmits the KeNB to the SCell; and b) the PCell transmits configuration information for configuring the SCell to the UE after receiving a response message from the SCell, and receives a response message from the UE. Or, the method includes that: a SCell of UE transmits a cell key request to a MME and receives key information from the MME; and the SCell transmits the key information received from the MME to the UE, and receives a response message from the UE. By the present application, data of the SCell is transmitted after being encrypted, so as to avoid a case that the data is decoded by other users, and further guarantee the security of the data.

Abstract: A system for configuring a UE-AMBR includes a MME to send the UE-AMBR to an eNB covering the serving cell of the UE, the eNB covering the serving cell of the UE establishes a radio access bearer of the UE on at least one secondary cell. The MME sends an AMBR of the UE in the primary eNB covering the serving cell of the UE and an AMBR of the UE in a secondary eNB to the primary eNB. The primary eNB sends the AMBR of the secondary eNB to the corresponding secondary eNB. The technical solutions of the present disclosure can make total rate of all non-GBR services of the UE be not larger than the UE-AMBR when the UE has multiple S1 bearers or one S1 bearer.

The apparatus includes a master evolved Node B (MeNB) of a user equipment (UE) configured to receive information of available buffer decided and transmitted by a secondary eNB (SeNB) through an X2 interface between the MeNB and the SeNB, determine whether the information is about available buffer for a UE or for an evolved radio access bearer (E-RAB) established on the SeNB based on an indicator in the information or a bearer that transported the information, and adjust the amount of data assigned to the SeNB according to the information of the available buffer. The apparatus can accommodate eNBs implemented in various manners, make full use of the bandwidth of data bearers, and reduce delay in data transmission.

The method for supporting an emergency service by a MME includes receiving, by the MME, a first message including information associated with an attach request of a terminal from a base station, determining, by the MME, whether the attach request is accepted based on information indicating an emergency service included in the first message, and transmitting, by the MME, a second message to the base station if the attach request is accepted, wherein if the information associated with the attach request includes the information indicating the emergency service, the attach request is accepted, and wherein the information indicating the emergency service is included in the first message using information included in a third message received from the terminal.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of anonymously reporting minimization of drive test (MDT) measurements. According to the method, a mobility management entity (MME) obtains MDT data anonymity configuration which indicates whether MDT measurements are to be reported anonymously at a type allocation code (TAC) level; sends a TAC of a UE to a trace collection entity (TCE) if the MDT data anonymity configuration indicates MDT measurements are to be reported anonymously at the TAC level; sends an international mobile subscriber identification (IMSI) or an international mobile equipment identity and software version (IMEISV) of the UE to the TCE if the MDT data anonymity configuration indicates other information, e.g. Trace, is adopted for anonymously reporting MDT measurements. The present invention enables an MME to send different identities of a UE to the TCE according to different requirements for anonymity to implement anonymous reporting of MDT measurements.
