    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for establishing an interface and communication between a relay node (RN) and a core network. The method may include: a base station sends an IP address and an identification of a control plane node of the core network to an RN; the base station sends an IP address and an identification of the RN to the control plane node of the core network; the RN and the node communicate with each other by using information of each other received from the base station. The method according to the present invention realizes transparent transmission of access layer signaling between a relay node and a core network via a base station, which reduces complexity of the process when the RN is in movements, makes it easier to support multiple access techniques, and reduces the complexity in network configurations.

    Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure provide a method for determining access control, applied in a handoff procedure of a UE. The method includes: if a current service is a LIPA@LN service, and if the UE is in a same local network before and after the handoff, keeping, by a node performing access control determination, service continuity of the LIPA@LN service; if the UE moves out of the local network after the handoff, deactivating, by the node performing the access control determination, the LIPA@LN service; if the current service is a SIPTO@LN only service or a SIPTO@CN@LN service, if the UE is in the same local network before and after the handoff, keeping, by the node performing the access control determination, the service continuity of the SIPTO@LN only service or the SIPTO@CN@LN service; if the UE moves out of the local network after the handoff, determining, by the node performing the access control determination, whether to keep the service continuity of the SIPTO@LN only service or the SIPTO@CN@LN service according to a network policy. According to the technical solution provided by the present disclosure, service continuity of the LIPA service or the SIPTO service can be maintained correctly.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for proximity discovery among user equipments (UEs). The method includes: a UE registers with a device to device (DTD) server and obtains DTD default resources from a received registration response. When the UE is a user to be discovered and is not in coverage, it sends a discovery message on the DTD default resources. When the UE is a discovering user, it receives the discovery message on the DTD default resources. The present invention also discloses a device. With the technical solution of the present invention, it is not only possible to support a discovering service and a to-be-discovered service when the UE is in coverage, but also to support the same services when the UE is not in coverage.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for configuring and transmitting a key, which includes that: a) a serving cell (PCell) of UE determines a key (KeNB) used by a SCell and transmits the KeNB to the SCell; and b) the PCell transmits configuration information for configuring the SCell to the UE after receiving a response message from the SCell, and receives a response message from the UE. Or, the method includes that: a SCell of UE transmits a cell key request to a MME and receives key information from the MME; and the SCell transmits the key information received from the MME to the UE, and receives a response message from the UE. By the present application, data of the SCell is transmitted after being encrypted, so as to avoid a case that the data is decoded by other users, and further guarantee the security of the data.

    Abstract: A system for configuring a UE-AMBR includes a MME to send the UE-AMBR to an eNB covering the serving cell of the UE, the eNB covering the serving cell of the UE establishes a radio access bearer of the UE on at least one secondary cell. The MME sends an AMBR of the UE in the primary eNB covering the serving cell of the UE and an AMBR of the UE in a secondary eNB to the primary eNB. The primary eNB sends the AMBR of the secondary eNB to the corresponding secondary eNB. The technical solutions of the present disclosure can make total rate of all non-GBR services of the UE be not larger than the UE-AMBR when the UE has multiple S1 bearers or one S1 bearer.
