Also, the running state is detected by detecting means and the damping force characteristic to be selected is limited to two or so from three or more characteristics according to the vehicle running state. Through the above, noise and oscillation caused by large changes of the damping force characteristic can be lowered.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring the density or the like of an object from the level of transmission through the object of gamma rays having different energy levels which are transmitted at the object by a gamma source having a predetermined solid angle of transmission. A collimator collimates gamma transmitted through the object and a scintillator generates light corresponding to the output of the collimator. Plural photomultipliers generate position-dependent electrical signals corresponding to the light generated by an incident gamma ray photon to the scintillator. A calculating circuit generates a density spectrum for the object from the position-dependent electrical signals by integrating the position-dependent electrical signals corresponding to each of the incident gamma ray photons to the scintillator.

    摘要: A process for purifying gases containing hydrogen sulfide and/or hydrogen cyanide is provided wherein said gases are contacted with an absorbing solution containing naphthols or their salts as a catalyst having a nitroso group at .alpha.-position or .beta.-position and also acidic group(s) and also having a standard redox potential in the range of 0.4 V or higher but lower than 0.7 V to remove hydrogen sulfide and/or hydrogen cyanide by converting the former mainly into thiosulfuric acid and the latter mainly into thiocyanic acid. According to this process, no trouble caused by sulfur deposit as seen in conventional method occurs, and the scale of purification apparatus is made smaller, and also the amount of catalyst required for purification is reduced. Further, by pretreating the absorbing solution, this process becomes more advantageous.

    摘要: The present invention provides a technique capable of manufacturing a resin stamper at a low cost. A method of manufacturing a plate-shaped resin stamper includes: pressing a resin composite base material against a mother stamper having a pattern formed on the surface thereof by compression molding to transfer the pattern of the mother stamper to the composite base material; and punching the composite base material. In the manufacturing method, the resin composite base material includes at least one curing resin. In addition, during the compression molding, a portion of the composite base material is cured by active energy beams or heat, the pattern is transferred to the composite base material, and the composite base material is punched, thereby manufacturing the resin stamper.
