    Abstract: An electric pump drive motor three-phase stator assembly (1) includes three sets of stator segments (Si,j), configured in a ring about a stator axis (R). Each set includes n≥2 stator segments arranged in an n-fold rotational symmetry about the stator axis. Each stator segment includes a coil (3) having a first coil wire end and a second coil wire end. A plurality of 3n−3 connection wires (Wi,k) connect coils of a respective set of stator segments in series. A first and a second interposed stator segment are arranged in circumferential direction between the two connected coils of the respective set of stator segments. 3n−5 of the connection wires span across the first interposed stator segment at a distance (r1) to the stator axis and across the second interposed stator segment at a second distance (r2) to the stator axis (R). The second distance is larger than the first distance.

    Abstract: A sensor arrangement is for monitoring a circulation pump system (1) which includes at least one pump (3). The sensor arrangement includes a first vibration sensor (5) installed at a first pump part (11) of one of the at least one pump (3) and a second vibration sensor (7) installed at a second pump part (13) of the pump (3) and an evaluation module (9).     Abstract: A pump monitoring system associates a current operating state of a pump system including n≥1 pumps with one or more of k≥1 fault scenarios. The pump monitoring system includes an interface module for receiving at least one set of m≥2 operational values from the pump system. The m operational values define a current operational point in an m-dimensional operating space. A processing module processes operational values received by the interface module and consults given or determined model parameters describing a non-faulty model pump characteristic in the m-dimensional operating space and determines a k-dimensional decision vector with k decision vector components indicative of a deviation between an actual differential volume in the m-dimensional operating space based on distances between the m operational values and the non-faulty model pump characteristic, and a modeled differential volume in the m-dimensional operating space for the respective fault scenario.

A stator housing (5), encloses the stator. The stator housing includes a first axial end and a second axial end. Electronics for powering and controlling the motor operation include a first portion, arranged on a first PCB, and a second portion, arranged on a second PCB (51). A first electronics housing (11) accommodates the first PCB. The first electronics housing (11) is arranged at a perimeter of the stator housing (5). A second electronics housing (47) accommodates the second PCB (51). The second electronics housing (47) is arranged at the second axial end of the stator housing (5). The second electronics housing (47) at least partially rings the drive shaft (3).

    Abstract: A control system controls a fluid distribution system that includes consumer branches arranged in parallel. Each consumer branch includes a consumer element (31) consuming fluid and/or thermal energy, a regulating device (9) receiving a control value regulating a flow of fluid and/or thermal energy through the consumer branch, and a sensor (11) providing a measured value of the consumer branch. The control system includes a saturation calculation module (21) providing a saturation value, for each operational consumer branch, indicative of the saturation degree of the associated consumer branch, and a saturation compensation module (23) receiving the saturation values and altering a reference value. The altered reference value is based on an initial reference value and the saturation values from all consumer branches. The consumer branch regulating device, of each operational consumer branch, is controllable based on the altered reference value and the measured value of the associated consumer branch.
