Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support prioritization of reference signal measurement reports. In a first aspect, a UE measures a reference signal, determines that a trigger condition for transmission of a first report is met based on measurement of the reference signal, and transmits the first report on a resource on which the first report and a second report overlap based on priorities of the first report and the second report. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may indicate to a UE a first set of uplink power control parameters associated with half-duplex communications and a second set of uplink power control parameters associated with full-duplex communications. Alternatively, the base station may indicate the first set of uplink power control parameters and a set of power offsets associated with full-duplex communications. The base station may indicate a first set of resources associated with the first set of uplink power control parameters and a second set of resources associated with the second set of uplink power control parameters or the set of power offsets. In response, the UE may transmit one or more uplink messages over one or more resources of the second set of resources in accordance with the second set of uplink power control parameters or the set of power offsets.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a serving cell (e.g., serving base station), an indication to update a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state of a first component carrier associated with a neighboring cell (e.g., neighboring base station). In some cases, the UE may be configured with a serving cell update rule and a neighboring cell update rule. The UE may determine, in accordance with a neighboring cell update rule, whether to update the TCI state across multiple component carriers (e.g., in a component carrier list) associated with the first component carrier based on the first component carrier being associated with the neighboring cell. The UE may update the TCI state of at least the first component carrier in accordance with the neighboring cell update rule.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to millimeter wave (mmWave) device discovery for relay communication using pseudo-omnidirectional beams. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit a synchronization signal over each pseudo-omnidirectional beam to enable a second UE to discover a presence of the second UE within a range of the first UE. Upon the occurrence of an external event, a base station may either trigger a beam training procedure with the second UE to establish a relay link between the first and second UEs or broadcast a message to all UEs requesting a relay link be established with the first UE. The first and second UEs may then select a directional beam pair link (BPL) for the relay link and establish the relay link to enable information to be relayed between the base station and the first UE via the relay link.

Abstract: An apparatus may be a user equipment (UE) or a component thereof. The apparatus may be configured to generate measurement information corresponding to a set of signals received from a base station, wherein the set of signals corresponds to a set of beams. The apparatus may be further configured to generate, based on the measurement information, first predicted information, wherein the first predicted information corresponds to at least one beam with which to communicate with the base station. The apparatus may be further configured to determine, based on the first predicted information, that one or more conditions are satisfied. The apparatus may be further configured to transmit, to the base station based on the determination, a first report including second predicted information, wherein the second predicted information includes the first predicted information or the second predicted information is a subset of the first predicted information.
