Abstract:
A shift reactor for fuel cells, a fuel cell system employing the same, and an operating method of the same are provided. More particularly, a shift reactor for fuel cells is filled with a shift catalyst and includes an inlet through which reactants flow into the shift reactor and an outlet through which products flow out of the shift reactor. An oxygen supply duct and a valve capable of regulating the oxygen supply are positioned at the outlet side of the shift reactor. The oxygen supply allows for the temperature of the shift catalyst to be increased rapidly at startup, thereby significantly shortening the startup time of the shift reactor and thereby contributing to an improved practical operation of the fuel cell system.
Abstract:
A wafer bake apparatus includes an air flow control unit of pneumatic cylinder structure operating interlockingly with a wafer lift unit and induces the air flow between a wafer and a hot plate. Therefore, when a wafer is placed in a baking position the air between the wafer and the hot plate descends. As a result, the wafer is no longer under the influence of air resistance, and can be more accurately placed in the baking position. In addition, when the baked wafer is lifted to an unloading position, the air between the hot plate and the wafer ascends, which in turn supports the wafer and prevents the distortion of the wafer.
Abstract:
A dual type LCD module for a mobile phone includes: a main LCD; a sub LCD; and a bracket interposed between the main LCD and the sub LCD. The main LCD and sub LCD are separated by a first distance by the brackets, which covers a periphery of the main LCD and includes an opening in which the sub LCD is arranged. In accordance with the invention, the weight of the sub LCD is not applied to the main LCD when the phone is shocked, so that the main LCD is prevented from being deformed by the sub LCD.
Abstract:
A terminal includes a lower housing; an upper housing slidably installed with respect to the lower housing; and a pressing member with both ends being supported by the lower and upper housings, respectively, for providing variable levels of pressure in diverse directions according to a sliding position of the upper housing with respect to the lower housing, wherein one end of the pressing member is movably linked to the lower housing. The small-sized pressing member provides a maximum level of pressure to facilitate the sliding movement of the upper housing with respect to the lower housing. Thus, space utilization can be improved.
Abstract:
A display device of a mobile phone has a liquid crystal display (LCD) module; a first housing receiving and supporting the LCD module, and having guide ribs in a square frame configuration; a driving circuit board assembled to the first housing to be mounted on the guide ribs; and a second housing engaged with the first housing to enclose the driving circuit board and the LCD module. Exterior impact imposed on the driving circuit board is dispersed via the guide ribs throughout the first housing since the driving circuit board is mounted and supported on the guide ribs of the first housing. Accordingly, the impact transferred to the LCD module decreases.
Abstract:
Provided is a bake system. The bake system includes a heating plate having a heating plate having a substrate on an upper surface. A case is disposed below the heating plate to support the heating plate; a first cover is disposed above the heating plate and coupled to the case to form a chamber; and a second cover is disposed in the first cover, and directly above the substrate in the bake process for preventing heat convection on the substrate.
Abstract:
The present invention provides novel microorganisms, Brevibacterium lactofermentum CJJA21 (Accession No. KCCM-10222), which is resistant to sodium azide, and Brevibacterium lactofermentum CJJA22 (Accession No. KCCM-10223), which is resistant to α-aminobutyric acid. These microorganisms are capable of producing L-glutamine in a higher yield than the known strains. The present invention further provides processes for producing L-glutamine using the microorganisms of the invention.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel gene coding for L-arabinose isomease derived from Thermotoga neapolitana 5068, a thermostable arabinose isomerase expressed from the said gene, a recombinant expression vector containing the said gene, a microorganism transformed with the said expression vector, a process for preparing thermostable arabinose isomerase from the said transformant and a process for preparing D-tagatose employing the said enzyme. Since the recombinant arabinose isomerase is highly thermostable and can produce tagatose with high yield at high temperature, it can be efficiently applied in pharmaceutical and food industries.
Abstract:
A wafer bake system includes a heating plate for heating a wafer, and means for supporting the wafer to be spaced from the heating plate, wherein a gap distribution between the wafer and the heating plate is measured, and a temperature gradient of the wafer is controlled based on the measured gap distribution.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling the rotation of a turntable, in order to move a disk mounting portion selected among a plurality of disk mounting portions installed on the turntable to a pickup side by a key input signal of a user which includes rotating the turntable by supplying a driving voltage to a turntable driving motor, sensing a rotational velocity of the turntable and the extract output delay time Td of the driving voltage of the motor for stopping the pertinent disk mounting portion at a reproducing position on the basis of the sensed rotation velocity, and cutting off the driving voltage output of the turntable driving motor after confirming the approach of the pertinent disk mounting portion to a reproducing position and confirming the output delay time. Accordingly, the disk mounting portion selected by a user is accurately moved to a request position regardless of the rotational velocity variation or aging of parts due to the load quantity variation of the turntable.
