    Abstract: The present invention relates to a glucose measurement device which is arranged and operates under the skin of a subject. One embodiment can comprise: a transmitting unit for wirelessly receiving power and transmitting measured biometric-related parameters; a clock recovery unit for recovering a frequency used for the wireless power reception of the communication unit; a direct frequency synthesizer for converting the recovered frequency recovered by the clock recovery unit into a first band frequency; a clock control unit, which divides the recovered frequency so as to input same in an injection locked oscillator as a specific interval frequency; the injection locked oscillator, which receives the first band frequency and the specific interval frequency so as to output a second band frequency; and a measurement unit for measuring subcutaneous biometric-related parameters by using the second band frequency.

    Abstract: A neural network device includes: an on-chip buffer memory that stores an input feature map of a first layer of a neural network, a computational circuit that receives the input feature map of the first layer through a single port of the on-chip buffer memory and performs a neural network operation on the input feature map of the first layer to output an output feature map of the first layer corresponding to the input feature map of the first layer, and a controller that transmits the output feature map of the first layer to the on-chip buffer memory through the single port to store the output feature map of the first layer and the input feature map of the first layer together in the on-chip buffer memory.

    Abstract: A device for cooling a living tissue is disclosed. The cooling device solves severe patient's waiting and clinic work load due to time-consuming anesthesia required by conventional therapies. The cooling device also significantly reduces psychological burden and pain of the patient for ocular anesthesia. The cooling device includes a cooling unit configured to cool a target area and a heat dissipating unit configured to dissipate heat from the cooling unit. The heat dissipating unit is also configured to regulate internal air flow to increase heat dissipating efficiency.
