Abstract: A transmission method, a transmission apparatus, a network device, and user equipment are provided, and are applied to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: configuring, by a base station, a resource request parameter for first UE; allocating a first PUSCH resource used by the first UE to send resource request information; and allocating, to the first UE when the base station detects, on the first PUSCH resource, resource request information sent by the first UE, a second PUSCH resource used for sending data. In this way, PUCCH capacity limitation is effectively mitigated, and more UEs can send resource requests, so that resource usage in an uplink transmission process can be increased, and a system capacity can be increased.

Abstract: The present invention provides a channel monitoring method and device. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment (UE), a first notification message sent by a base station, where the first notification message includes usage information of a frequency resource of a second carrier; determining, by the UE according to the first notification message, whether the frequency resource of the second carrier is in an available state; and if the UE determines that the frequency resource of the second carrier is in the available state, monitoring a PDCCH corresponding to the second carrier; otherwise, stopping monitoring a PDCCH corresponding to the second carrier, where the second carrier is a carrier on which the UE operates on a discontinuously occupied frequency resource. According to the foregoing method, the UE can properly use an unlicensed frequency to communicate with the base station, and meanwhile reduce power consumption of the UE.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a communication method, terminal, and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by terminal, a reference signal sent by a base station; and obtaining, by the terminal, channel energy of a narrow beam by measuring the reference signal, where the narrow beam is a directional beam. According to the communication method in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal may obtain the channel energy of the narrow beam by measuring the reference signal. Compared with the prior art in which channel energy of a narrow beam is measured on a base station side, a difference is that the terminal can more accurately estimate the channel energy of the narrow beam. That is, the channel energy of the narrow beam estimated by the terminal can more accurately reflect channel quality, and transmission efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a scheduling resource configuration method and apparatus, user equipment, and a base station, so as to obtain, from a location such as a core network or a user terminal, related data, of a service that is currently executed by the user terminal, and further generate and configure scheduling configuration information such as SPS scheduling configuration information based on the data. The base station and the user terminal both run, based on the generated scheduling configuration information, the service that is currently executed by the user equipment. This disclose dynamic configuration of a scheduling resource such as an SPS resource, effectively saves resources, such as PDCCH resources, used for a scheduling indication in a system, and can also ensure, to fullest extent, data transmission quality of some services whose data packet sizes, periods, or the like change.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a communication method and a related device. In certain embodiments, the method includes determining, by a network device, a first resource set, the resources included in the first resource set are periodic. At a same transmission moment, the first resource set serves only one terminal device or one terminal device group, the terminal device group including a plurality of terminal devices. At different transmission moments, resources used for co-directional transmission in the first resource set occupy a same frequency domain position on a same carrier. The method includes sending, by the network device, resource configuration information to the terminal device by using higher layer signaling. The resource configuration information is used to indicate the first resource set.

Abstract: An uplink information sending methods and apparatus are provided. A communication device includes a processor coupled to a non-transitory memory, where the non-transitory memory stores an execution instruction to be executed in the processor. The execution instruction when executed enables the communication device to determine scheduling information and timing advance information. The scheduling information is used to instruct user equipment to send uplink information, and the timing advance information is used to adjust a timing advance used when the user equipment sends the uplink information. The execution instruction when executed further enables the communication device to adjust the timing advance according to the timing advance information, and send the uplink information according to the scheduling information by using an adjusted timing advance.
