Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE), a base station, or a component thereof. The apparatus may be configured to obtain, using a function, predicted information based on a first set of signals received from a base station via a first subset of a set of beams; determine, based on the predicted information, whether at least one condition associated with the predicted information is satisfied; generate, when the at least one condition is satisfied, beam information associated with at least one first beam of the set of beams based on a second set of signals received from the base station via a second subset of the set of beams; and transmit, to the base station, a report including the beam information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) (e.g., “victim” UE) may receive control signaling identifying a set of antenna panels of the first UE usable for measuring cross-link interference (CLI) experienced within a set of CLI resources. The first UE may perform CLI measurements on signals received from a second UE (e.g., “aggressor” UE) via the set of CLI resources and the set of antenna panels. The first UE may then transmit a CLI report associated with CLI measurements performed on the signals received via an antenna panel of the set of antenna panels. In some implementations, the CLI report includes an indication of the antenna panel, an indication one or more CLI resources from the set of CLI resources associated with the antenna panel, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: Systems and methods establishing and maintain a direct User Equipment to User Equipment communication link are disclosed. A User Equipment (UE) may receive a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) from a neighboring UE. The UE may determine from the SRS that the UE is a good candidate for a direct link. The UE may also determine from the SRS an ID associated with the neighboring UE. The UE may send a direct link request to the UE serving gNB. The serving gNB may forward the request to a gNB serving the neighboring UE. The gNBs may negotiate a joint schedule for a beam a UE to UE beam search. The beam search may be conducted using SRS resources. The results of the beam search may be sent to the gNB and the gNB may determine a beam pair for a direct link.

A user equipment (UE) may determine, during a multi-slot downlink transmission, that a mapping from a transmission configuration information (TCI) state index to a first TCI state configuration has changed to a second TCI state configuration. Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms for transmitting and receiving reference signals in a high-speed train (HST) single frequency network (SFN). A base station (BS) determines a first frequency pre-compensation value for a reference signal transmitted via a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second frequency pre-compensation value for a reference signal via a second TRP. The BS notifies a user equipment (UE) of the first and second pre-compensation values through at least one of the TRPs. The BS applies the first pre-compensation value to the reference signal via the first TRP and the second pre-compensation value to the reference signal via the second TRP. The UE adjusts its tracking loop for the reference signal based on the pre-compensation values, reducing estimation and/or search overhead at the UE.

In some cases, a first user equipment (UE) within a coverage area of a base station may determine a power control configuration. The first UE may transmit an indication of the power control configuration to a second UE, which may adjust one or more power control parameters based on the indication. The one or more power control parameters may include a target received power, a compensation factor, a downlink path loss between the base station and the first UE, or a combination thereof. The second UE may use the adjusted one or more power control parameters to determine a transmit power and may transmit a message to the first UE with the determined transmit power. In some cases, the second UE may be outside of the coverage area of the base station.
