摘要： A breathing detection air bag is disclosed, which includes an air bag and a detector. The air bag includes a sponge body capable of being expanded and contracted with contraction and expansion of a pectoral or abdominal part of a person, a sponge cover enclosing the sponge body for preventing air contained in the pores of the sponge body from escaping from the pores, and a flange provided integrally with the edge of the sponge cover and an air guide tube for guiding an air stream caused by the expansion and contraction of the sponge body. The detector includes as oscillating film for causing a change in the electrostatic capacitance between it and a back electrode in response to a movement of air caused by expansion and contraction of the air bag, an electret capacitor microphone having a field-effect transistor for converting a change in the electrostatic capacitance into a change in voltage, and a pressure reduction film provided in front of the oscillating film for preventing mechanical saturation of the oscillating film when the extent of movement of air exceeds the distortion of the oscillating film.

摘要： An electrode securement sheet for securing, to the skin surface of a living body, an electrode held in close contact with the skin surface for deriving a weak current from the living body, is disclosed. The sheet comprises a substantially circular electrode securement section, which is to be secured to the skin surface to cover the electrode. A lead securement section extends integrally from the electrode securement section for securing, to the skin surface, a lead for leading the weak current extracted through the electrode to an electrocardiogram. 摘要： A clip-type electrode for an electrocardiograph includes a pair of clamping plates for being opened and closed relative to each other about a common shaft and having concave surfaces facing each other, an electrode member mounted on one of the clamping plates, and a leaf spring bent into a U-shaped configuration for biasing ends of the clamping plates remote from the common shaft towards each other. Each of the pair of clamping plates has a slot at a position adjacent to the shaft for accommodating the leaf spring passed therethrough, and a plurality of grooves formed in an outer surface thereof and spaced at successively greater distances from the shaft. One end of the leaf spring is fitted into a one of the plurality of grooves in one of the clamping plates, and the other end of the leaf spring is fitted into one of the plurality of grooves in the other of the clamping plates, the grooves being chosen based upon the thickness of a limb, such as the wrist or ankle of a human body, that is to have the clip-type electrode attached thereto. The limb can thus be clamped with a prescribed clamping force irrespective of the thickness of the limb.

The viscous base member with the central opening is viscous both on the back surface to be held in close contact with the skin and on the front surface coupled to the lead connector.
