摘要: An arrangement is disclosed for the preferably automatic coating of objects with a coating material, in particular coating powder. The arrangement includes at least one spray device having a spray nozzle via which the coating material is dispensable in a main spraying direction. An extension is further provided, wherein an end region of the extension facing the spray device is preferably detachably connected to an end region of the spray device associated with the extension opposite from the spray nozzle. The arrangement further includes a preferably horizontally extending guide via which the extension with the spray device connected thereto can be longitudinally moved in the direction of extension of the guide relative to the object to be coated. The main spraying direction of the spray nozzle may be implemented so as to deviate from the direction of extension of the guide by a predefined or definable angle.

The pressure side of the at least one powder pump is fluidically connected or can be fluidically connected to the powder inlet of a powder spraying device. The at least one powder container has at least one suction channel which is preferably formed in a suction pipe and which has a suction opening that opens into the interior of the powder container and an opposite discharge opening that opens into a connection, wherein the suction side of the at least one powder pump can be fluidically connected to the connection of the powder container.

摘要: A rear casing is disclosed for a spray gun that has a handle part and a gun barrel connected to the handle part. The rear casing can be removably and exhangeably attached to the rear side of a main body of the spray gun and has a first region designed as a handle casing and a second region designed as a covering casing for rear-side covering of a rear region of the gun barrel. At least one connection element is provided on the second region of the rear casing for optionally forming a removable connection to a part having, for this purpose, at least some portions with a design complementing that of said connection element. In particular, according to the invention, the entire rear casing, together with the at least one connection element, is designed as a monolithic plastic component, in particular a plastic injection moulded molded part.

摘要: An antistatic device for reducing electrostatic charges on moving material webs may include an active positive electrode assembly having a plurality of active individual positive electrodes electrically connected to a positive high voltage source. The device may include an active negative electrode assembly having a plurality of active negative electrodes electrically connected to a negative high voltage source. A sensor system may be included for detecting a polarity of a neutralizing current between the material web and the antistatic device during operation of the antistatic device, and a controller for controlling the high voltage sources. The controller may be coupled to the sensor system and may be at least one of programmed and configured to one of active or leave activated the high voltage source required in each case and one of deactivate and leave deactivated the high voltage source not required in each case in response to the detected polarity of the neutralizing current.
