    Abstract: An encoder includes: circuitry; and memory coupled to the circuitry. In operation, the circuitry: derives a base motion vector to be used in predicting a current block to be encoded; derives a first motion vector different from the base motion vector; derives a motion vector difference based on a difference between the base motion vector and the first motion vector; determines whether the motion vector difference is greater than a threshold; modifies the first motion vector when the motion vector difference is determined to be greater than the threshold, and does not modify the first motion vector when the motion vector difference is determined not to be greater than the threshold; and encodes the current block using the first motion vector modified or the first motion vector not modified.

    Abstract: An anomaly detection device includes: an obtainer that obtains vehicle information related to the status of a vehicle and including location data indicating the location of the vehicle; a model storage that stores, for each of a plurality of cells of a grid imposed on a map, an evaluation model for evaluating the vehicle information of the vehicle located at the cell; and a determiner that calculates, based on the vehicle information and evaluation models each being the evaluation model and corresponding to evaluation cells including a first cell including the location of the vehicle indicated in the location data and one or more second cells each having a predetermined positional relationship with the first cell, an anomaly level indicating a degree of anomaly of the vehicle information, determines, based on the anomaly level, whether the vehicle information is anomalous, and outputs a determination result.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal and respective operation method. The mobile terminal comprises circuitry, which in operation monitors PDCCH candidates of a first search space set located in a designated first frequency range from the plurality of frequency ranges, and receives a DCI transmitted in the first search space set of the designated first frequency range. The received DCI includes an indication whether or not the mobile terminal is to skip monitoring some specific or all PDCCH candidates in at least one second search space set associated with at least one second frequency range from the plurality of frequency ranges. And only if the indication in the received DCI does not indicate to skip monitoring the specific or all PDCCH candidates, the circuitry additionally monitors the specific or all PDCCH candidates associated with the at least one second frequency range for receiving a DCI thereon.
