摘要: A line replaceable unit (LRU) communications system is provided and includes an emitter, a hand-held device including a camera and a device processor and a control unit of one or more pieces of equipment. The control unit includes a housing on which the emitter is disposed and an LRU processor. The LRU processor is configured to identify the hand-held device and a maximum frame rate of the camera, to ascertain a status of the one or more pieces of equipment, to control the emitter to emit radiation in a sequence defined in accordance with the status and to limit a rate at which the radiation is emitted in the sequence by the maximum frame rate of the camera. The camera is configured to capture the radiation and the device processor is configured to translate the sequence into interpretable serial data for use in determining the status.

摘要: A method of modulating an optical camera communication (OCC) signal by an OCC transmission node in an OCC system includes acquiring a binary data signal, grouping the binary data signal for every k bits to convert the binary data signal into a global phase shift signal having an integer value from 0 to M−1 (=2k−1), generating a data signal group by mapping the global phase shift signal to first to Mth mapping sequences in the form of an n*M/2-bit sequence based on a preset symbol group mapping table, generating a pulse wave signal by modulating the data signal group, and blinking each of a plurality of light sources included in the OCC transmission node according to the pulse wave signal. Accordingly, performance of the communication system may be improved.

摘要: In one example, a mobile device comprises: a physical link; a plurality of image sensors, each image sensor being configured to transmit image data via the physical link; and a controller coupled to the physical link, whereby the physical link, the plurality of image sensors, and the controller form a multi-drop network. The controller is configured to: transmit a control signal to configure image sensing operations at the plurality of image sensors; receive, via the physical link, image data from at least a subset of the plurality of image sensors; combine the image data from the at least a subset of the plurality of image sensors to obtain an extended field of view (FOV); determine information of a surrounding environment of the mobile device captured within the extended FOV; and provide the information to an application to generate content based on the information.
