摘要： A three-dimensional inspection system and method is used to obtain information about three-dimensional articles with specular surfaces having a shape and positive or negative height by projecting a pattern of light onto the articles at an oblique angle. The system includes a patterned light projector with optical axis disposed at an oblique angle with respect to the plane of the article being inspected, an extended light source, and an image detector disposed above the article to detect the image of the pattern on the article. The light pattern includes lines with a substantially equal thickness and spacing. The spacing of the lines is greater than a spacing or pitch of the specular elements. An image processor, coupled to the image detector, receives the image, locates the lines, and measures the lateral shift of the lines. Height information is determined from the lateral shift and projection angle using triangulation.

The waves in the stator laminations in the cold core causes the tangential heat expansion of the core to be distributed over a number of the waves which increases each wave height only slightly. According to various embodiments, the method includes detecting a failure in a power cell of the power supply, temporarily placing each of the power cells in a non-conducting state, and determining whether any current is flowing in the failed power cell. The method also includes bypassing the failed power cell after it has been determined that no current is flowing in the failed power cell, and placing the non-failed power cells back in a conducting state.

A filtering circuit connected between the detector circuit and distribution network comprises a pi-network filter for attenuating common-mode electromagnetic interference and differential-mode electromagnetic interference. The pi-network filter includes three filter portions which together provide a third order filter to attenuate the interference signals at the frequencies of interest.
